{🍀} Clover had taken up hiding in a cottage- it had looked abandoned enough (or at least, there were no NPCs around)- so it had seemed like a safe place. She’d hoped that maybe, she could even get a good night’s sleep, or something along those lines… but of course she couldn’t be that fortunate.

She bit her lip when she heard the voice calling out, swallowing nervously. What should she do? Well, hiding would probably just get her killed… one hand removed Nils’ pokeball from her bag as a just in case, while she slowly got out of her hiding spot.

“I-I don’t mean any harm, I didn’t think people were still here…”

I stare, without moving as she reveals herself and my eyes widen. I know this one from somewhere.... It takes a while. I’ve completely forgotten her name, if she even gave it in the first place but it’s enough for me to lower the knife. We met at the flower festival.

Either way, she ought to be harmless.... I relax, loosening my grasp of the knife.

“ Long time no see, I suppose... “

“ I can see that now, I suppose... I apologize however, I have to keep my guard up here. “

It’s come to my attention that I am fully capable of getting really carried away when it comes to typing out RP replies, so I wanted to see how many people are totally okay with receiving long responses on threads. Personally, I’m completely okay with it because it makes for a fun challenge when thinking up a reply. But what about you guys? Are you comfortable with long replies?

Cold, cold cold!! Every inch of my being feels like screaming that. It’s a miracle if I don’t catch a flu after this. I thought I was all done with this sort of nonsense, living in the cloud 9 but it turns out I was too naive. And frankly I should have known as much. 

I’ll take this like a job though, hitching my teeth against one another in until I sneeze. 

It’s not that different from military duty. Despite my frustration I can’t have myself grow so angry that I won’t even pay attention for my own safety. 

In places like this sounds, even the smallest one’s are quick to echo. The sound I hear, I can easily recognize, a light one it might be but it is a footstep. I’m quick to get up and shove my hand into my pocket where lies a knife stolen from the cottage. 

“ .... “

I stare for a moment taking time until I let my hand move from the knifehandle.

“ ...so? “ I ask I take a step back returning to my uncomfortable seat on the ground. I could use some food... It’s been a while from my last meal and rabbits dont have much meat on them.

       not having to eat had never really equalled to not gathering food whenever it became accessible. With the locals and monsters that lived in the mountains all becoming aggressive and aiming to hurt outsiders, Lancer figured finding supplies would become a much harder task for those who weren’t the best at fighting, lacked survival skills, or just couldn’t adapt to the situation in hand. He didn’t have to eat, but even then, Karna gathered all kind of light food in a bag and took it with him wherever he went - came as it may, if he were to find another who would be in need of it, the Servant would be more than willing to share.

       In search for a way out, as darkness fell, a small camp could be found nearby – or rather, he found small traces of fire inside a cave, one he easily assumed had been safe for one to stay in. The need to sleep may be an advantage, but only a fool would still walk at night through an unknown place with monsters roaming about, especially with no weapons in hand. 

       Perhaps, he thought, whoever had taken shelter in the cave would accept some of the food he had found in exchange for his company until sunrise.

       There had been no surprise to find a child besides the fire. While some would have assumed a young human couldn’t possibly survive by themselves, Karna knew better; when he was young, too, survival skills were one of the first skills a person should learn. A charioteer’s son or not. ❝ I do not look for a fight. ❞ He spoke up as soon as he approached. ❝ Nor have I come to take your warmth. I only wish to spend the night here until the sun is up in the sky again. In exchange, I offer protection and food. ❞

Character in general: 

I haven’t read the canon material(yet), but Tanya seems like a very interesting character. A very unconventional one for sure. He’s a lot of fun from what I’ve seen, in an unconventional way.

How they play them:

Again, haven’t read it, so I wouldn’t know, but from what I’ve seen from the manga caps and anime excerpts you post on twitter, you seem to be nailing it!

The Mun:

Gosh, I’ve been following you forever and you are an amazing writer! From what I’ve seen, you always pick characters from really obscure fandoms and make them so interesting I always end up checking the canon material. And it’s always so fun to see you talk about your characters on twitter, you obviously have so much love for them and it really shows!

We never really talked much, but I consider you a friend!
