Desire has a Government name now. It's

Epithymía/επιθυμία.

Which, roughly [google] translated from greek, means desire, yearn, and/or wish. I still imagine Hades and Perse would call him Desire unless it was a professional setting or in a teasing way. Using his full name would feel like constantly calling Hades "the unseen one" or Persephone "bringer of destruction" word for word every time you use their name in a sentence. To proper and too stiff.
