         Laying on her bed, feet kicking in the air as she was day dreaming of her teenage crush. She’d spent all summer long trying to contact her, calling with no answer - letters gone unanswered. Day by day her heart was breaking, she’d lost everyone she cared about last term at school; kurt a long term friend who was always there to support her, macnamara who had galavanted off with that veronica and left her high ‘n dry and even heather who well as much as she hated to admit it, she missed but none of them were the biggest loss. It was that blonde, the one that had managed to dig her claws into her, get under her skin. One of the few people she truly cared about. She imagined that even when Addison moved they would still keep in contact even if they weren’t together. But no. And that had dragged the summer out long as she had been completely alone. Spending all day in her room reading books. Until on one final attempt when she called the ex-heather... and there was a reply. Her heart skipped a beat as she heard her voice how she had missed her. Brightening up instantly, wanting to ask if she could come over - she’d drive. Or they could go to her parents lake house, spend a week together - just the two off them. However, it only took moments for all those ideals to start crumbling.  ❛ Come on babe.... you didn’t mean it... you were just, distressed? ❜ Right? Frown dashed her brow as the feet stopped kicking. ❛ After everything last year I can’t blame you. But we can totally meet up, have some dinner and you can tell me all about your new place. ❜

            early morning catches the early worm, was what some said and missy had no intention of letting any get away from her. the other day had been yet another successful pr move with the digital announcement hitting trending just as planned. weeks of planning hadn’t been for nothing as when she arose her daughters name was still trending and the feedback ultimately seemed positive. the manager had awoken at dawn that morning to a flood of messages looking for some insight and once she got ready there she sat for hours formulating the next stages.

            her coffee rested on the glass table as the irritable look across her features only grew in volume, a downside of her job was listening to assholes who thought they could take her for a ride. boy they were wrong. manicured nails impatiently clicked against the back of her phone case as she listened to the offer, impatience growing with the radio manager on the other end. ❛ harold, you fine well know that’s not good enough i made our offer clear and we won’t settle for any less. ❜ she snapped pacing the length of the table gritting her teeth, unwilling to budge on her terms - she couldn’t put her daughter through a early morning radio show off the back of a late night shoot.... not for the five minute slot they were offering. no there had to be more. 

            upon hearing something other than the mans drawling voice she glanced up seeing her little star enter - heading over a hand ran down her arm. ❛ good morning darling, get a good rest? ❜ a question thrown with little interest, her focus at the moment was set on getting this deal sorted. pacing back away, hand waved in anger. cutting off the other. ❛ how about this, you go away and come back to me when you’re ready to talk some serious business. ❜ firm finger ended the call placing the phone face down. frustration fled her features as if the phone call never happened, missy almost chipper. ❛ good news the teaser went down a hit and everyones wanting to know what the new albums going to sound like. so i’m thinking some tv slash radio appearances to get the word out. what do you think? ❜

          as soon as she heard the teenagers twittering it was all over, a small isolated incident the council should be able to contain becoming a pr disaster. it was something she would have to deal with in person. after seeing the rumblings she had called in the whole council to oversee a resolution they all knew the tales, the truth of what was in the forest but never had they imagined it to become public knowledge. pacing the front of the building she waited for that cheer bus to pull up so she could grasp the full scale of the issue.

          a plan formulating but when it arrived and she pounced forward she saw her nephew come off there first clearly distressed and the business fled reminding her of the worrying tweeters his friends had posted. over she dashed heels clattering on the tarmac, warmly wrapping him in a tight hug. ❛ are you alright darling. ❜  ashe asked before pulling away to check over him hoping those monsters hadn’t laid a finger on her nephew. a hand patting his cheek as she raised a look of concern. ❛ i know and we’ll deal with it. this was the last thing the council needed especially after those - last year. ❜ a pause before last year featured a mouthing of zombies a problem which nearly caused seabrook disaster. ❛ we’ll make sure to finish their reign of terror on our town down you worry. they didn’t hurt you did they? ❜

harry has been wary of getting off the isle. not because he doesn’t like auradon or loves the isle but he was afraid of the unknown and having hope. his belief is in his crew and the only way that things get;s done is if they do it. when it was declared that isle kids start going over he was wary, but he had hope that he’d get a shot in a new land, then by d2 came around that hope  had been burnt - they felt forgotten. and that hurt, it only confirmed they’d have to do it if they wanted off. however, he did still want off the isle as scary as that was. then across d3 from escaping to experiencing auradon, that promise made gave him that hope back and he was looking forward to it. but alas that was shot down again. that final look he gives back at the isle after ‘break this down’ is that weight coming off his shoulders and him realizing that this time is real.

he genuinely wants to explore and experience what it has however he still feels like an outsider and his heart is at sea. it takes harry time to adjust to auradon and learn to put trust in people outside of the crew but it does happen over an extended period. harry wants to see everything he can, plunder what he can and most of all be free with his friends. that’s the life he wants.
