Stop telling me not to be angry about what they did to me. My abusers do not deserve forgiveness. They abused a child, a child who depended on them for love, support and care and recieved the total opposite.

The same child who now spends nights sobbing as an adult because the trauma was never cared about until too late.

The child who now is scared of doing everything wrong and being punished.

The child who grew up feeling absolutley worthless because nobody helped.

The child who now still sleeps with a blanket because it developed as a coping mechanism.

The child who now cries whenever they do something wrong because they’re afraid.

The child now in therapy being forced to pay their adulthood for a childhood they never asked for.

OF COURSE I’M ANGRY. How dare anyone have the nerve to tell me not to be and invalidate my trauma.
