I reached my goal of being less than 10% body fat last week at 9.5%!! Whoohoo!! I celebrated by binging on cookies, cakes, pies, fried chicken, and beer. I regret nothing!! Next goal is to keep my bf% in the single digits, but increase in weight and strength. Was feeling real skinny yesterday when I weighed in at 179lbs. I haven't weighed less than 180lbs since 2013 when I made my new years resolution, like thousands of other people, to lose weight. Now I weigh about the same (I think I was 175lbs in the picture on the right), but I definitely have gained more muscle mass. For those who have made the resolution to lose weight or to build a better body, DON'T GIVE UP!!
