I am finally happy again! Content, not stressing all the time... Life is bliss!
For anyone who is suffering, struggling from a trauma or whatever, if you��re having a hard time.
Search for help, go to your doctor, a psychologist, talk to someone you trust and who listens.
And give it a lot if time and don´t be hard on yourself.
I know that´s not easy.
Look for the little happy things in life, no matter how small. And be kind to yourself. Give yourself sometimes a little gift. No matter how insignificant.
And in case you didn´t heard this today, I love you, you are doing the best you can and that´s enough. Keep going, by taking a good nap!
