this blog gets new followers from time to time and i have to wonder why. don't get me wrong. dirkjohn is still good. it will always be good. but the current generation of homestuck fans is an entity i dont understand. why are you shipping dirkjohn in 2023. i know exactly why i was shipping dirkjohn back in 2013 but the zeitgeist is so different now. the reasons for shipping dirkjohn can't be the same anymore. this is a dialectical ship and the conversation has changed. the golden age of dirkjohn is over.
