Jack watches Sunday morning cartoons with Zoe whenever he can. Which is most of the time unless some crazy experiment goes wrong. It was a little tradition that the two of them had. When Jack wasn't off doing marshal work and was at home with her of course. They would eat breakfast and watch Sunday morning cartoons.
Jack firmly believes there is no age limit to Sunday morning cartoons. Most times he is sitting on the floor in his pajamas with breakfast watching cartoons like a child. Allison comments on it being childish but Jack tells Allison it is not childish. Then he makes her sit down next to him with her breakfast in her pajamas and her fuzzy pink bunny slippers.
From then on Allison watches Sunday morning cartoons with him.
Kevin quickly loves it and Jenna sits in his lap while she steals some of Kevin's breakfast off his plate. Zoe loves joining them whenever she gets back from collage.

Nathan: Unlike some people, I'm a very mature person. I apologize when I'm wrong
Jack: But I've never heard you apologize???
Nathan: Are you saying there's times where I've been wrong?

Jo, out of view: Shotgun!
Fargo, turning to face Jo: Aww! But you had it on the way here-
Fargo: OH HOLY SHIT-
Jo, holding a shotgun: No! I found a shotgun! And I want the front seat! *loads gun*

I want to make a five hour video essay on the Eureka timeline. What's stopping me? The fact I should have a script. Am I seriously considering the idea of completely winging it? Yes.

You want to know why I love Henry Deacon so much?
He is just an accidental grandpa character. I mean that in the most loving way possible. His students are his kids! Nathan despite them having a falling out in the end was his kid. Allison became his kid. He became Kevin's grandfather. He did whatever he could to make sure Kevin was safe in season 2. Jenna too!
We know that the students at Tesla look up to Henry and Henry makes sure they get into good collages and make sure no matter what age they are they were heard.
Lucas was one of his students and he wrote a letter of recommendation to the collage he later goes to. He also wrote one for Zoe because Zoe is his basically granddaughter. He even went behind Jack's back when doing it.
Even in 3x07 Kylie a nine year old in Zoe's grade was listened and heard by Henry even when others such as Zoe didn't cause of her age. Throughout that whole episode we see how good Henry is with kids despite him never having any. Cause his students are his kids. Jack, Jo, Fargo, Zane, Allison, Nathan, and even Holly are all his kids!

I still can't get over the fact that Zane was suppose to be Zoe but it was cut. But they bought him back later. Like I can't get over it.
Jack was suppose to take a genius hacker kid named Zane back home.
It wasn't said if Zane was his kid but I think he wasn't.
Cause when they changed Zane to be Zoe she wasn't suppose to be Jack's kid at first.
So I think it was just some kid and he and Jack ended up in Eureka and GD learned that Zane was a genius and asked for him to stay. Possibly being placed with Jack despite Carter not wanting him to be.
Then Zane becomes like foster son to basically being his son.
I mean that isn't far fetched considering that Eureka is just a big found family story wrapped up with science and hijinks.
This is just something I can't get over. I might just write a fic about it. Cause this is eating away at he. Also I think this Zane would look like Blu Del Barrio in Blonsh but that's just me loving Blu. Also cause that's how I think how our Zane as a 15 year old looks.

So I was watching the pilot audio commentary for Eureka and I am hit with this line that destroys me.
So you are telling me that Zoe was never going to be Jack's kid much less a character but instead a boy named Zane who is a computer hacker!!!!

So I am watching the Eureka Audio Commentary for the Pilot Episode and this amazing conversation starts.
So there is a deleted verison of a scene that never went on the dvd extra where Jack is getting changed at Beverly's while talking to her.
It was a butt shot of Colin but in the directors decided not to add it in the show in the end.
But they asked Colin if they could add it to the dvd extras.
Director: Do you mind if we add the butt shot to the extra
Colin: Uh I prefer not to be bare on the dvd reel.
This is gold to me.

A headcannon for my Discovery In Eureka AU for Gray Tal based off of a friend's (@sadmushroomgoblin) fanfic called "Splash"
They had a little scene that mentioned that Gray liked snacking on fried flowers.
Also based off a WIP I had for the season 5 time jump. Ifykyk. Where I made time skip Gray have a garden! "Gray babysits and runs a flower shop on main street. Their entire backyard was flowers for his shop."
So my headcannon is that Gray likes to drink flower tea! It just feels really him to be honest!

I love how in the Eureka book Substitution Method, it remembers that Jack Carter hates flying.
The book references episodes from the show quite often, which makes me happy. But I always appreciate the little details.
