Okay looking back on this, it wasn’t the meds. I had a viral stomach bug that caused me to lose about 25 pounds over three weeks or so.

(For context: I have ADHD and talking Adderall by itself gives me panic attacks so I took my anxiety meds to try and balance that out)

Apparently taking my ADHD meds and my anxiety meds at the same time creates this really weird feeling of “I’m awake but not at all” or “dreaming with your eyes open” feeling, so now I’m back in bed.
