Sitting with @dominiqueansel was indeed one of those precious moment to dig out a genius' idea of perfection, finesse and quality. At his new venture, Dominique Ansel Kitchen, he introduced desserts made with the most luxurious ingredients in the world: Time • The Lemon Yuzu Tart clearly described his direction towards time and flavor with a freshly emulsified lemon and yuzu curd -whose tang and fattiness of the butter formed a wholesome explosion in the palate, was poured into a thin and crisp buttery tart shell to order of a silky, flavorful and -probably, one of the best lemon tart I have ever tasted in my whole life • Checked out Ansel's beautiful mind at @thefoodiemag June 2015.
