Hello! It’s Shinya back at it again with another goddamn blog, this time it’s Ephraim from Fire Emblem: Sacred Stones ( bc the fe8 community is dead and eirikc deserves an Ephraim )! This blog will be slightly canon-divergent, but will contain a lot of analyses, mythological/historical references, and my usual brand of novella/poetic prose bc I have no self-control whatsoever. "Well, I offered a team up with Cormag so that we don't get hit by archers. Who knew that it would work!" Tana giggled, feeling Ephraim's fingers running through her hair. "And nah, I only think of him as a good friend, though I do want to help him get a job somewhere."

"Yeah...I noticed that." Tana sighed. "I guess a bit of training could get her confidence back, perhaps? I usually get that feeling when I spar with you."

“Tana, you know you’re the exception to that.” Ephraim laughed after her lips touched his for a few moments. “After all, you’re a very special person. Honestly, I think you could make anyone feel more relaxed and being able to talk to you calmly without any troubles…with the exception of that brother of yours, that is…” Even Tana could never seem to get Innes to settle down.

“Be that as it may, I think you may have become the most charismatic out of all of us, you know.” He nuzzled his head against Tana’s, sighing contently. “Just look at you now. No one would think you ever had trouble talking to others in the past.”

“Well…Cormag too. He’s kinda distant and quiet.” Tana admitted, giggling a little when Ephraim nuzzled her. “And I don’t think anyone can handle Innes, honestly. We might have to put him on a leash.” She joked.

“Though I’m honestly surprised that I had trouble talking to people at first.” She giggled, having her forehead rest against his so her blue eyes could gaze into his teal. “But you can thank Syrene for helping me out of that, along with you and Eirika. And Syrene’s like an older sister to me.”

“I don’t know, Tana. Cormag seems to have warmed up to you quite a bit, after all,” Ephraim murmured thoughtfully in reply. “I’ll confess, before we got together, I was half-worried you’d developed a romantic interest in him.”

“You might want to make sure you don’t let Vanessa hear any of that.” The prince sighed, letting a hand run absently through her dark blue locks. “You know she’s a bit envious of her sister and how everyone thinks so much of her. I think perhaps Vanessa lacks some proper appreciation herself.”

Okay guys! Tonight at 9 pm Eastern Time I’m leaving to go back home. I’ll be on later than usual tomorrow, since I’ll be back at my house later than midnight. But when I get up, I’ll make a starter call for the Heroes verse!

"...Marth." Minerva said sincerely for the first time. "...It's okay. I'll be fine now...because of you. I'll endure anything if it means I get better."

"...I guess it can be stitched." She nodded at him.

Minerva braced herself, and clenched her fist when she felt the mixture on the wound. Oh holy Naga that burned, but she trusted that Marth knew what he was doing.

“Don’t…Don’t worry. I’ve…felt worse.” She said, nodding for him to proceed. “That person…tried to go for Tiki…I couldn’t let that happen.”

Despite what she said, the guilt of the pain still ate at his stomach. He really needed to find out if it could be made just as potent, though maybe without the pain. He would not need to put others through more pain to make them better in that case.

“Worse or no, it still hurts, and it hurts me that I must hurt you.” His face was solemn, but he quickly pulled it away after another minute or so, and then gently put another clean cloth over it. “Would you like me to stitch it?”

“H-Here… Ngh.” Minerva winced in pain, putting a hand over her stab wound. The Red Dragoon was in a lot of pain.

And the Hero-King was immediately over her, cracking the top off the box and throwing it aside, fetching a cloth and a mixture, before gently removing anything that might be in the way of the wound, and pressing the mixture on the cloth to the wound - and immediately it was like it was burning mixed with the pain.

“It will hurt, I am very, very sorry about that… But it will start making you feel better very shortly. Then I will proceed with care. Okay?”

"H-Here... Ngh." Minerva winced in pain, putting a hand over her stab wound. The Red Dragoon was in a lot of pain.

“Please, please accept my apology. I am so late, but I am here!” The man came running in, a large box with a white square painted on, with a red plus inside the square. “Where is she?! Where is Minerva?!”

"Lord Marth, I...don't recommend...you doing that..." Painful coughing from the Red Dragoon as she tries to hide her stab wound.

"Mar-Mar...I don't think that's how that works?" She's got knowledge from her Uncle Ban-Ban.

"S-Someone...please help! Nerva...Nerva's hurt!"

Ephraim chuckled at the notion of him trying, shaking his head. “As I already said, I certainly don’t have the charisma. I may be confident and strong-willed, but I lack the gentler nature and social skills. You already know that for a fact, my love.”

The blue-haried man kissed her forehead and offered her a soft smile. “Well, that is true. You are very talented at raising spirits…and I’m not speaking solely from bias, though I suppose that is still present regardless. But you have an uplifting presence, a gentle spirit, and are more adept at socializing than myself, Tana.”

“Yeah you do! You just proved it!” Tana pretended to pout, but then laughed, kissing Ephraim back on the lips. Sometimes the prince needed some more confidence in himself, and boy was the princess great at pep talks.

“But I got all that experience by talking to you and Eirika.” She said, sweetly smiling with a blush on her cheeks. “I wasn’t very comfortable with socializing until I started chatting with you guys, and it gave me the confidence to talk to others.”

“Tana, you know you’re the exception to that.” Ephraim laughed after her lips touched his for a few moments. “After all, you’re a very special person. “N…Ngh…” Minerva tossed a hand axe that finished the mysterious person off, but she collapsed to her knees shortly afterward. “Damn you…!”
