As we have reached the fall equinox and turn the page from summer towards harvest in the north as the south begins to wake to the sweet sounds of spring We all are moving toward a rebalancing of opposites within and without, we see that this duality within the world. I think back to all the challenges and changes that have gone on this season. It's a great time to reflect on all that has happened. Celebrate this change, Be grateful for the chance to reflect Be grateful to Harvest all your lessons and blessings you have planted this summer. What's your favorite fall equinox ritual? As we move into fall and towards the equinox balance comes to my mind. The middle path is a favorite of mine. Finding ways to integrate all parts of yourself and you life. How do you find balance? (at South Haven, Michigan)
