Ever notice how skinny ppl can just... Do stuff?
They can eat.
They can be cringy.
They can have weird fashion.
They can make unfunny jokes.
They can talk all the time or not at all.
Skinny ppl can't be perceived as weird or gross...

I did it, I fucking did it. I finally hit my ultimate goal weight. 95 pounds.
It took around 2 years to lose 60 pounds but I did it. I'm actually shaking, I never thought if do it? It's such a weird feeling I don't know what to do now? I've been so blinded to everything in my life driving myself to this point.

anti-binge guide
when you feel a craving coming on:
drink a glass or two of water, slowly
have a piece of fruit, like an apple
make some warm herbal tea with natural sweetener
go for a long walk or hike, put your earphones in and clear your head - walk with a friend if you’d prefer
if you’re still craving the food, have the tiniest bit of it, no more than a bite, and have another glass of water
distractions:
watch a long movie or start a new show
study! complete homework or begin revising for exams
write down your own thinspo imagines
do some online window shopping and look at all the outfits you want to wear at a smaller size
make your own thinspo playlist
do some yoga or meditation
things to keep in mind:
you already know what your favourite foods taste like - you don’t need to eat them again in bulk
imagine the amount of progress you’ll make tomorrow if you exercise self control right now
the shame and guilt that follows a binge is not worth it
the physical pain and exhaustion is not worth it
you’re not just affecting your weight, you’re affecting your overall health, your mental well-being, your skin
binging means you’re wasting your time when you could be doing something much more productive

The Ten Thin Laws
1.) Never admit you are skinny enough.
2.) Binges should only occur at a maximum of once every 3 weeks.
3.) Purging and excessive exercise MUST follow.
3.) Never let your stomach growl. You can control it.
4.) 10 glasses of water a day, 5 sticks of gum, 2 diet sodas, and 2 cups of black coffee must be consumed on a regular basis for your perfect body.
5.) Wrist bones are lovely. Ribs are sexy. Collar bones are beautiful. Hip bones are stunning.
6.) Flat stomachs are the only kind acceptable.
7.) You shall fast at least 1X every 2 weeks.
8.) Exercise 5 days a week.
9.) You shall weigh yourself once every 2 days.
10.) Never give up on what you want most.
