words honestly cannot describe just how overjoyed i am for luz right now. like, this is a kid who at the start of the show clearly felt ostracised and “different” from her peers because of her interests

and also suffers with self esteem issues 

which warps her perception of herself so much that she ends up nearly ruining her chance of asking amity out

it genuinely breaks my heart every time luz puts herself down in this way because she is worth so much more than she realises (and also partly because i relate to her a lot but let’s not go there lol) 

so it’s really comforting to see that not only does she have a supportive found family who can give her that little push she perhaps needed…

…she also ends up together with the girl she loves 

and to that i say, good for her 😌
