Who's Strongarm's and Chase's second parent?

The truth is, I honestly don't know, haha.

I've never really given it that much thought. In my story, it doesn't play a particularly important role anyway.

So it's just akward dad Ultra Magnus and his two little hellspawns😌

That said and completely unrelated to the question!

I've seen tons of headcanons where Wheeljack is also Strongarm's parent

And now I totally get why! I can even see somewhat of a resemblance in their behaviour

[Personally, I really like the idea of Magnus x Wheeljack too🤭

but more in a tragic kind of way, if that makes sense?

Like they are two completely different worlds that were never meant to cross paths. One can't change the other, even if they love each other]

As for Chase... I honestly have no idea who his other parent could be. Nothing comes to mind. Zero. Null. Nada.

But I wanted Strongarm and Chase to be siblings that despite the usual bickering and occasional fights, always support each other and have each other's backs.

Even though she's younger, Strongarm would often stand up for her brother, who has a gentler temper and isn't as outspoken as she is.

Still, I think she relies on him and sees him as one of the very few people she can openly ask for help without it hurting her pride.

(Minor spoiler) I'll be exploring this in BTT, but due to certain events, Chase is really atentive to Strongarm's mental health.

is she looks like lucy from fairytail?

I had to look up how she looked like since I haven't watched FairyTail, but after taking a closer look at the her. No. Not really.

Lucy seem a bit too soft-looking, if that makes sense?

In my mind, Strongarm has this air of being unapproachable. there's something about her that's sharp-edged, tense, orderly.

I think at first glance, she doesn't come across as the friendliest person. Like one have to get to know her better to realize she's not as scary as she seems.

Not sure if any of that made any sense, but I hope it did!

I trought hard and long about that ask idk why but that concept is so fun and silly

Sideswipe... hmm, I could totally see him in some kind of boysband perhaps?

But it would probably flop spectacularly, so he'd try his luck with acting instead.

His first big role would be in a remake of a movie where Bumblebee used to play the lead role and now he's mentoring Sideswipe helping him take on the role he once played himself.

Hot take, but I honestly don't see Strongarm as any kind of idol or celebrity.

That girl has places to be, things to do and her short fuse definitely wouldn't help either.

She could end up on film set during the summer break, maybe tagging along with her friend.

She'd probably work as an extra or some kind of assistant. It's not a job she'd enjoy, that's for sure, but hey at least it keeps her mind off her broken heart, and she gets to spend time with her friends.

Sideswipe would likely be insufferable toward her at first, acting like he's the star of the show and loving any chance to annoy her (just like in every AU I'm such a sucker for that).

But I think things could shift between them like, what if someone tried to sabotage the movie set? They could end up teaming up to solve the mystery together!

New Fic Alert!

( It's silly project. I wrote this to kind of relax(?) It's Zombie AU but truth to be told I olny tolerate comedies. So it's not so gruesome and gore.) Sneak peak:

-So… how exactly do you plan on getting there?- he asked, his voice calm.

She blinked, caught off guard. -You’re not going to try and talk me out of it?

-You’re way too stubborn for that- he shrugged. -I’d rather hear how you actually plan to get there.

-On foot- It sounded more like a question than a statement. -Or by car. I’ll figure it out.

He snorted, barely holding back laughter -You? Driving? Hate to break it to you, but you and ‘navigational skills’ don’t exactly go hand in hand.

-I’ll learn! How hard can it be to read a map and follow signs? Sure, I’m not the best navigator, but it can’t be that complicated.

She had shown off her skills once. One time too many.

Bee had been teaching her how to use maps and navigate terrain. He picked up a few things himself in the process.

-Oh, right- he smiled at her warmly -You’ll make that terrifying face of yours, furrow your brows, and suddenly the path will straighten out, while everything that could possibly eat you will scurry away.

-I do not!- she shot him a glare—exactly the one he had just described—which only encouraged him to keep teasing.

Ouuuu that's actually really good question🤔

I didn't plan anything for him to be honest. His heart isn't big enought for anyone who isn't him, Bob or Sideswipe. He is vain and why would he ever allow anybody to even atempt on playing on his emotions?

They have been through enough, he just wants some peace and quiet😌[ He ain't getinn that any time thoo. Not when Sides is around xD]

But honestly idk I don't have very well detiled plan for that story . It's more spontagious writting so anything can happend really 💖💖

Chapter 8 is up!

-uh-huh- he replied, not at all convinced by her arguments, tilting his head back with a smug expression -You’ve got quite the collection there. Sure you’ll be able to make use of all that?

-Of course I will- she declared with pride, puffing out her chest. But when her gaze shifted to the towering stack of books, she paled. She didn’t recall there being quite so many—nearly to the ceiling. How was the table even holding up under their weight? Sideswipe stepped forward, apparently about to pull one from the pile, but a sharp hiss from Strongarm stopped him in his tracks.

-I wouldn’t do that if I were you- she warned curtly. -If you take that particular book out, you’ll bury us alive

-Relax, I know what I’m doing- He began sliding the book out slowly, pausing every time the precarious stack wobbled, until he reached the final stretch. Flashing a victorious grin, he gave it a sudden yank.

Which, of course, was the single dumbest move he could have made. But then again, this was Sideswipe—a person for whom showing off seemed to be a favorite sport, second only to ignoring common sense. Just as Strongarm had predicted, the entire structure began to collapse.

She squeezed her eyes shut, bracing for an unpleasant collision with hardback covers the size and weight of bricks. But the pain never came.

Chapter 7!

Yet something was bothering him. As they trudged toward her room, something felt off. Or maybe something was missing.

-Do you have anything sweet?- he asked, deadly serious. That’s it, that’s what was lacking—a sweet treat after dinner. But Strongarm gave him a look, one he hadn’t seen from her before.

-You’re ridiculous,- she said, but still went over to the bed and pulled out a box from underneath it. -But I’ll share my secret stash with you. I’ve got chocolate and cookies of all sorts.

He grabbed a chocolate bar, muttering a quick thanks , but after taking a bite, he winced and inspected the wrapper. To his surprise, it wasn’t expired. Why would anyone think making something like this was a good idea? -This tastes like nothing , or maybe sawdust at best . Your secret stash doesn’t need to be secret , you know? I don’t think anyone would bother with this. I thought you were a sad person, but not this sad. Who hurt you?

-No one. I’m just not a fan of sweets, is that so strange?- He nodded, and her shoulders metaphorically slumped. -Fine, next time you come over, I’ll make a special box just for you— with real sweets.

-I sure hope so- he replied, oblivious to her sarcasm. The only thing on his mind was that sweet treat. His sweet treat after dinner. He took another bite of the bar, hoping that if he concentrated hard enough, he might taste some sugar.

And when it comes to Terror Twins.TM I don't think I will introduce the parents. Brothers left their previous house for a reason. What's in the past should stay in the past.

Tak, RIDOWI Sides i Sunny się rozdzielili (prawdopodobnie podczas ucieczki przed kimś komu Sides zrobił na złe) i pojechali za nim a czerwonego zostawili samego w polu, kiedy Sideswipe cofnął się do Sunstreakera, nie było co po nim zbierać / prawdopodobnie leży w śpiączce, dlatego z poczucia winy Sideswipe uciekł z domu i skończył na ulicy.. No szczerze nie wiadomo jak to było na 100% bo książki wiele nie tłumaczą 🥲

A jeśli chodzi o tych z WFC to obydojwe wybuchli xD WFC Sideswipe'a dorwał chyba Shockwave albo Starscream a WFC Sunstreaker wybuchł przy transporcie dinobotów... Dlatego ja i moja bestie uważamy ze starymi RIDowych bliźniaków prócz KO (I mean duh obviously) jest Smokescreen który jest historycznym nerdem i nazwał swoich synów po innych słynnych bliźniakach 😔👍

Ciekawy hc z rodzicami. A zważywszy na to ,że RID Grimlock to nie ten sam G1(?) Grimlock. Więc może tu też tak jest , że to nie są OG bracia a immienicy. ( Poza tym Sideswipe wydaje się zbyt młody na weterana wojennego)

And I wouldn't say Sideswipe forgot. His anxiety was just toned down thanks to Strongarm.

He subconsciously started to associate her with safety. Strongarm helped a lot, and she could have left him, yet she wasn't afraid to interfere. Not once.

Even though she seems annoying and uptight, she knows how to remain calm and collected during critical times. She's someone worth sticking with.

Her nervs of steel are just a facade, but he doesn't know that.

Not yet, anyway.

Strongarm is fighting her battles by dissociating, shutting herself off from the world, overanalyzing, and overthinking.

Sideswipe doesn't understand why she won't let anyone in while she offers a helping hand to everyone else.

They are two very different people solving the same problems in completely opposite ways.
