batch of character designs, now it's chris spectre's regular adversaries, not necessarily "villains" or "monsters of the week"

43: Inkwell is a tall creature made up of black ink with long legs, one long arm and a tail. They happen to have identity issues and the power to shift their form into other shapes, so they can be quite hard to track down. 44: Shawn is a creature with yellow horns and eyes, covered in white fur. He is a psychic with the ability to see other's fortunes and his own failures, leading him to put himself down a lot. 45: Irk is a large insect-like creature with a big green spiked shell and small wings beneath it. She has a desire to be seen as beautiful, but harsh standards for monsters makes it hard for her to attain that status. 46: Penta is a purple demon-like creature with one yellow eye and big horns on the side of her head. She loves stirring up trouble for anyone who inconveniences her for the smallest of things and will order others to do her bidding. 47: Hex is a red demon-like creature with long hair covering his face and a broken horn. He is constantly unaware of his surroundings and seems to not pay attention to others' feelings. 48: Luci is a blue demon-like creature with no mouth and has a bite mark in one of his horns. He is an emotional mess and will worry over the smallest of details for seemingly no reason. 49: Blank is a small white creature with an outfit similar to a jester. They serve as the perfect blank slate and can be molded to fit any role imaginable. 50: Doppelgänger is the shadow form of Darnell Gardner, having visible horns, black eyes with red pupils, and wears black armor and red gloves and boots. His cloak covers him in complete shadow and he is capable of most anything that any other monster is capable of, using its power to give him whatever he needs to reach his goal of returning monsters to their original realm.

gumdrop "background filler" characters cause i feel like the main friend group would get the most focus

36: Robbie is a short white rabbit wearing green overalls with an amputated left arm. After already serving in the war, he decided to move back in with family in the country to help on the farm. 37: Carrol is a tall black rabbit with gray patches and wears bright orange shorts. She's mostly silent and has a hard time understanding what needs to be done on the farm. 38: Tadd is a cyan gecko with yellow eyes and a fanny pack. He runs the local arcade in town called "The Swimming Hole" and has some questionable business practices keeping it up. 39: Diggs is an orange mole with a big black nose, wearing a dark blue hoodie at all times. He usually ends up as the guy that everyone goes to when they need specific services or items that can't be bought anywhere else. 40: Quilliam is a white dove with big bulky glasses and a red bowtie. He serves as an intellectual rival to Gumdrop but only when it comes to trivial knowledge that most would not care to know about. 41: Pine is a hedgehog with a mostly gray outfit and has her hair covering one eye. She's jaded by life and seems to care about absolutely nothing, but of course there are a few things she privately shows interest in. 42: Milly is a green chameleon with a red flower and blue stripes on the back of her head. She is very awkward when it comes to social situations and is likely to camouflage herself to avoid them entirely.

May and Sarah becoming "sisters" post character arc

do I have to go through EVERYTHING I imagine makes them better people in the end?... ok..

so like, we all agree May just needs to get away from her sisters right? she is a bully just to survive in her family, and shows the most genuine intrest in her Ed. I think most people in the fandom can imagine her at least forming a friendship with Ed and even Edd, all she really needs in an opportunity to make friends.

now for Sarah. I'm mostly inspired by the background detail in BPS where she runs up to Ed and hugs him.

I like to think Sarah seeing Eddy's brother gave her a self realisation about how she treats Ed and inspired her to do better. it's kinda implied Sarah's behaviour is only because their mum encorages it (she is very young afterall). PERSONALLY I see her feeling very guilty about how she treated Ed especially after seeing Ed be scared of her. teehee.

perhaps May and Sarah can help eachother get their self worth back. Maybe they see themselves in eachother as youngest sisters who took out their feelings the wrong way. May sees Sarah as a "little sister" she can treat the way she wanted to be treated herself, Sarah can see May as proof that bullies can become better.

also. I like MLP style slight design changes to indicate character arc. hehe

Today marks the two year anniversary of me making sprites for my Pizza Tower mod. The version out currently replaces Gustavo and Brick with Brady and Bread, two characters of mine that had a similar dynamic. I've had a lot more planned for the project and now that one part of it is done, it's time to begin the next, which will be even bigger than ever.

A pretty big one for me, but I decided to give Brady a family! I've been working on the designs for a bit and I really like how they turned out.

31: Lex has long dark brown hair and wears a light purple dress and striped leggings. She is Brady's teenage sister and has heavy interests in music and theater. She's full of energy and always seems to be ready for anything, but sometimes gets in over her head.

32: Baker has bright green hair and wears a dark purple baseball cap, an open button up shirt and sandals. He is the father figure of the family and has a knack for making desserts. He may appear like a cool dude but he has a bunch of weird little interests that he is really passionate about.

33: Stella has yellow hair bunched up in a star shaped bun, wearing a baby blue leotard and is almost always in roller skates. She is the mother figure and is constantly trying new things, be it odd jobs or strange hobbies. She's a bit of a scatterbrain and often forgets what she initially sets out to do.

34: Nanny Swirly (or just Nanny) has pale yellow hair in a swirly bun and wears a gold colored shirt with a purple vest. She acts as a grandmother figure and is a bit of a wild card, since she may seem sweet and innocent but is ready to switch to fierce and assertive in an instant.

35: Bread is a big baby blue fish-like creature with two lazy eyes and an agape mouth, holding nothing inside his body. He is Brady's idea of a friend brought to life, and serves as both a typical pet and a sort of extra guardian whenever no one else can watch after the kids.

Trying to get back into the OC lineups, now we got some Fuzzball villains

26: Gnr. Skull is a creature with a skeletal face who is dedicated to his role as the leader of Doomly's army. He acts as one of Doomly's closest allies, but is willing to resist orders when he has different ideas for success, even if most are misguided or spawned out of anger.

27: Suits is a snake-like humanoid creature with a red and blue card suit outfit. He is a master of deception and trickery, ruling over a land of creatures themed after playing cards and serves as one of Doomly's top men on many assignments.

28: Chef Lasaga is an orange skinned humanoid creature with a big black mustache and yellow eyes. He has a loose grip on reality and turns anything and anyone into pasta, completely unaware of any harm he brings to people.

29: Crystal is a light blue snowman creature with wooden arms and a gemstone in her chest. She is one of the sole inhabitants of a barren tundra and has the desire to turn the world into a winter wonderland that fits her view of perfection (which would be herself, of course).

30: Magmaura is a large molten rock creature with fire acting as hair and a ghost-like tail. Despite already having immense strength, they are constantly searching for ways to become more powerful, sometimes finding it in the most unexpected places.

04: Chris Spectre in their ghost form has long bright green hair that covers their left eye, wearing a light gray suit with blue gloves and boots. This form represents Chris' true self, and they use the power it has to help humans and monsters in need.

21: Diane Gardner has long dark hair with the left side of her head fully shaved. She wears a black dress and striped fingerless gloves. She is one of Chris' closest friends and is willing to fight to protect both humans and monsters.

22: Catalina wears mainly pink, most notably wearing a pair of cat ears and a tail. She's got a thing for monster guys of all kinds and wants to relate to one in some way.

23: Jordan is a large light blue "horse demon" with a long neck and a pointed demon tail. He's an athlete who only really competes with himself and tries his best to keep a positive outlook on the world.

24: The Chimera is a monster made up of two parts. Kyle is the serpent-like part, cyan with a deep blue fin and webbed hands. Meryl is the tiger-like part, orange with a red mane, stripes on the arms, and claws. Kyle is cool, Meryl is mad, bickering is bound to occur.

25: Spooky Dan is a ghost with wavy hair and D-shaped earrings. He's a slacker who doesn't put effort into anything, but always has the energy to mess around with others.

17: Auto is a river otter wearing a dark blue-green vest. He is a mechanic who served in the ongoing war between land and sea creatures, and was recently discharged for being "too peaceful."

18: Bunther is a white rabbit with pink eyes and a pointed red nose. He's a bit of a grump and has some of the worst luck out of anyone in the world.

19: Harelynn is a brown hare with blue eyes and a rounded baby blue nose. She's pretty full of herself, flaunting all of the things she gained from her streak of good luck.

20: Dawn is a pale green owl with yellow eyes, wearing a tank top with a stitched heart symbol. She is an activist, pushing for an end to the ongoing war and always looking for a way for her voice to be heard.

14: Amanda wears a green dress and a big bow on her head. She's a bit of an outcast, not acting girly enough to fit in with other girls and makes all the boys mad by beating them at every game and sport.

15: Max Powers has orange hair and wears a red shirt with a white collar. He's always looking for a way to make a quick buck or simply being seen as the best.

16: Riley has blonde hair and wears an orange polo shirt with baggy khaki pants. He is typically seen reading or writing in his book bearing the symbol of an Evergreen tree, as he is studying the strange events occurring in the typically uneventful town.

09: Furro is a blue fox-like creature wearing swim trunks and sandals. He's from a small desert town and doesn't speak much.

10: Fizzy is a big orange mole-like creature with a big black nose and little claws. He's a ball of energy and is always ready for an adventure.

11: Fluffy is a bright pink hairy creature with a long ponytail, wearing nothing but a purple skirt. She's got an eye for fashion and serves as the heart of the group.

12: Puffy is a small light blue rabbit-like creature with floppy ears, wearing big glasses and a sweater. They're a neurotic nerd who will cling to anyone who can defend them.

13: Briselle is a red hairy creature with hair over her left eye. She serves as the dark counterpart to Fuzzball, wearing a long dark red scarf and combat boots.
