I see so many beautiful books of shadows and I'm always envious because every time I try to make one my executive dysfunction explodes. I suppose you could say this page is kind of my seudo book of shadows. 😅😅😅

Witchy tip always ask permission before taking a flower, leaf or anything from the nature.

Witchy tip: if u are felling down, needs protection, energy, make a herbal bath using mint leaves

Put it in a pan: mint leaves and water, leave it until it boil, put intencion into it then take ur normal bath and when u Finnish it u take the pan (BE CAREFUL NOT TO BURN UR SELF, WAIT UNTILL ITS STILL WARM, BUT NOT TOO HOT ) and pour it over u (only bellow the neck, dont pour in your head)
