What was Simon and Crafty's relationship before she dated Kickin?

Childhood friends, Simon was Crafty’s first friend (unintentionally). If Crafty was out, Simon was usually nearby to keep her company and she usually clung to him (Crafty was pretty shy to go near others without him).

After a few years, Crafty and their dad moved away and they lost contact with Simon. Before leaving, Crafty gifted Simon a bracelet with her pendant, which Simon grew an attachment to.

He didn’t develop a crush on Crafty until they met again years later. He doesn’t exactly like the fact that another critter has a crush on Crafty (*cough* *cough* Kickin, *cough*).

In terms of your current Transformers experience, are you aware of Shattered Glass? (if not and by some chance you get attached, my fault G)

Kinda hard to go into Transformers without learning about Shattered Glass because people like to draw other transformers media in that AU.

I mean, I read that TFA was planning on having their own shattered glass version of the show before it got cancelled.

But uh, yes, I’m completely aware of Shattered Glass. Actually, was thinking about drawing the Transformer Critters with Shattered Glass counterparts.

Who’s the hardest to draw in your Smiling Critters Transformers AU and who’s the most fun to draw?

All of them. They’re all hard to draw. I don’t draw robots like these often. My only robot drawing experience is FNAF and that’s on the more furry side.

I did also use the Prime version of the Transformers as references and they’re pretty detailed, so I kinda set myself up for this. I just don’t have a lot of patience for really detailed characters.

But if I had to choose who’s the most fun to draw, I’d say Hoppy and Crafty, even if some small details drive me up a wall.

I’m assuming you’re referring to the chibi looking versions of the critters

That’s my Show by Rock AU. It’s an anime show and mobile game (used to be available in only Japan, it got discontinued sadly) that I was obsessed with when I was around 12-14. Holds a special place in my heart.

No, it’s just the Reborn AU where they break up. If you’re curious about DogDay and CatNap’s relationship in my other AUs, here’s a short list:

Show by Rock AU: CN is crushing on DD

Sky AU: DD and CN are friends

Little Prince AU: DD was a brief visitor to CN’s planet, also DD is a child while CN is an adult

Transformer Critter AU: DD and CN are friendly acquaintances

And same with my major ships (Kickincorn and Cuddlejump) they won’t be together in every AU I make. For example: The Little Prince AU has no ships besides DogDay x Bobby because Hoppy doesn’t know of Bobby’s existence and Crafty is on a different planet than Kickin.

Depends on context for the AU sometimes to help me decide what ship I should go with. Though most of the time, I go with what I enjoy. I’ll try other ships from time to time.
