Asterix, Obelix, Dogmatix, and my OC, Hopitalix!

I mentioned her in a post not too long ago, but you might be seeing more of her, as she is part of my first oc x canon pairing!

Here she is, my gorl! (Hopa is the nickname Asterix gave her)

She's 37 and, while she was staying in the village to wait out the winter, developed a crush on Asterix. After he reciprocated those feelings, she moved there permanently and serves as the village nurse. Over the winter, she's initially ignored by the women of the village but befriends Bacteria and Fulliautomatix as she gets acclimated.

Will show more of her soon, peace out!

Hot Take: PEatB being canon is crucial to Brain's regression into villain-adjacent character.

It's the PERFECT explanation for his descent into utter madness in the reboot. He got pettier, he stopped growing as a person- all because Elmyra finally broke that man and started making him think humanity was even more incompetent than he initially thought.

I understand why a lot of people hate it, I do too! But it also works as a better connection between Animaniacs and it's reboot than there just being nothing there except Brain working alone for 22 years

I now open the floor to debate, as I am curious as to what y'all think!

I fall into the large majority of artists that rarely get feedback on their artwork or fanfictions.

Just know that when we do get comments, we think about them. You may think that it doesn't matter, but it honestly can make or break some people.

On AO3, the thing valued more to me are comments. A comment means someone thought about something I did, and that means a great deal to me.

Moral of the story: tell your favorite creatives that you love their work, they most likely won't think you're annoying for doing so!

People used to comment on web comics.

People used to comment on fanfiction.

People used to comment on fanart.

People used to comment on OCs.

I hate "content" culture.

I hate "consuming content" and scrolling immediately to the next thing.

People used to be excited about the art that other people created.

People used to want to share that excitement with creators.

I hate this future.

It the fact that Brain didn't know how to do a dance as popular as the Macarena. He never really tried to understand hobbies or group activities because he spent time pursuing knowledge of science and history, along with taking over the world.

The ever so slight delay in his movements, the rigidity of them as he copies Pinky without understanding the umph his friend is throwing into it.

God I love animation

Why Don't You Do Right?

This has been in the making for a couple of years on and off, and I just can't believe it's finally done!

What started off as a joke truly became reality, so I hope y'all like it : )

Oh, fun!

I watched the Death Note anime and PatB to completion, so lemme just briefly say what would happen in the end:

In typical Brain fashion, he gets dangerously close. He figures out eventually who Kira is but Light also figures out who's trying to catch him. But then because this is cartoon logic, someone else beats Brain to the punch and the world is up for grabs once more.

Along the way, it's clear that Pinky notices clues that Brain overlooks that would have gotten him to the answer a lot sooner.

Also, this would be one of those close calls when Light is about to write both of their names on a scrap piece of the notebook but gets caught just in time.

Y'all don't realize how huge it is for me to be writing something like this

With the fandom space winding down in some areas, less fics are gonna get posted

I want to put in the kinda energy I've loved seeing these past few years
