This is "Al". That's not its real name, and it just found a nametag and had it taped on its fur. Also.. Got to make sure there's no coffee around..

(got into some and went wild afterwards as seen in the comic below)

Only once has there been a sketch of it, resting.

And due to it getting into the coffee, when no one is looking. It's sometimes called a "coffee fiend". (Also, no idea where it might be from, but there is a band in its ear)

I know it's been some time... and about 3 years since I last mentioned anything about this meerkat I was working on. But since I'm not doing anything that's not my own projects, I figured I would give this another updated look. The 2024 one only had one change to it, and that was the eye. This time, not counting for eye, nose, and ear, I'll be redoing all of the fur. (and just "in case" that original is in another folder) For this newer upgrade, instead of having a darker base like I tend to do. I'm going to do the opposite and have a lighter one. I will also be using another brush to make the fur as well. Not sure how long this will take for just the head alone. (I also included the full body image to show how far I've gone. (The fur I did have has been moved to another folder.)

Over the course of about 6 months of reworking on and off. Im finally doe with this. It took some time to get it to look like how it should've been but was rushed during ArtFight 2024

Been working on redesigning the pengolins.

Both the brown and black/white will also have updated designs to be more unique.

For now, here's how the brown one will look like, head-wise.

List of changes for it: Little slimmer Will have paws instead of flippers (will retain its long claws) More scales (will remain fewer on the simple design, however) New head makeover. (markings will resemble that of a young emperor penguin) The beak will be a bit shorter and revert to being black

(Meet the Pengolins!)

Started a hybrid series of images this past May and just thought of this combo. A hybrid species called "Pengolins". And as the name suggests, they are a mix of a penguin and a pangolin.

These two live in their own biome based on the species that makes them up. (Penguin: Cooler, Pangolin: Savannah)

Pet Portrait: Kendle

(This was done for someone whose dog passed away back in 2022.)

Originally I had planned to do this like the previous one I did for a friend with it having a detailed fur. But after doing some testing, it didn't look quite right.

So instead, I went with more of a "painted" style with some detailing here and there. Also did try to keep it with it being semi-real as well. Now while I had done dogs before. I have never got the chance to do those with shorter muzzles (besides one other).

And to make sure it looked decent and close to how the dog looked. I went and looked at many photos of the breed from various angles to make sure it looked right.

Even though I thought it looked good enough. After a few days. I went ahead and redone the whole thing and try to match it more like an actual's squirrel's tail.

More work to be done still. (want to say it's about 80% there)

Been working more on the squirrel and like how the tail turned out so far. Still have more to do though. So no compilation time.
