If I lived in Pixie Hollow, what kind of fairy would I be?! Fact: Zebras are my favorite land animal 💯 I just love them 😍 my favorite part of Kilimanjaro Safari is getting to the zebras 🎉 and they are also usually around the rhinos 🦏 did you know because of poaching and habitat loss, due to destruction of forests for palm oil (used in so many food and body products today 😢) and paper pulp, that there are fewer than 100 Sumatran rhinos and just 58-61 Javan rhinos left in the world? It's devastating... tragic. But there is hope and there are easy things we can do to help the population grow again! First, there is an amazing organization @vetpaw that hires veterans to protect wildlife from poaching 💖 the more support they get, the more veterans they can hire, the more animals they can protect 🙌🏼 the most impactful action YOU can take is to live a PALM OIL ❌ free life. Palm oil effects more than rhinos... it truly is horrific. The effect on primates and so many other species will break your heart. I went palm oil free 7 years ago. It takes some research and some label reading but it means generations to come will be able to see real wild rhinos and healthy forests. As delicious as Nutella is... it isn't worth it for the loss of a species. If you have questions or want more information feel free to message me! I also converted our everyday home paper products to unbleached, recycled paper and compostable and recycled plastic alternatives. It is super easy. Caprice and I had the yummiest meal at River Belle Terrace in @disneyland 💖 I was so excited because they had BBQ tofu with tater tots (secretly one of my favorite meals 😳). The beans have meat in them so make sure to sub for a different side if you want to stay veggie 🎉 I chose a tater tot overload 😂 because I am a vampire that survives on potatoes 🥔 swipe thru to see out lovely lunch visit.
