🌊The blue island A trail with blue steps winds around the entire island. White houses with blue roofs perched on an amazing piece of wood. All the holes of unusual shape have natural origin - are eaten by insects from inside. I had to put in a lot of effort to strengthen the old peace of wood, and as a result, the structure of the island's material is similar to that of volcanic origin. Two fishermen houses at the low tide. The tide bared the shore and the boat was found far from the water. Small houses with wooden roofs are set on a piece of driftwood. Have a look at these tiny details this scene is full of: a threshold at each house, the chimneys made of rusty "sea" nails, embedded doors, small ladders to the pier, berth pedestals, a boat made of a solid piece of wood, miniature lamps and windows, backdoors and warehouse doors... all the details are harmoniously woven into the surrounding landscape. 🏚️🏚️🏚️ Three houses, located one above the other, connected by colorful ladders. The base of the house is made of oak: this wood is difficult to process, but it is solid basement for all the small details my craft is full with. Various roofs, wide thresholds, mortise doors, chimneys made of rusty nails - everything is harmoniously fixed on a wooden platform with paint residues and the original marine “treatment”. 🎢 Each ladder was hand-carved from a piece of plywood found on the shore. At the top there is a bench next to the lamp for observing the scenery. 🌊 I found the materials for this composition – peace of driftwood, elements of roofs, thresholds, stairs and doors, rusty nails and screw - on the Black Sea Coast. 🚦When I found this piece of the tree root, I was fascinated by the idea of a raging sea, breaking its waves on a rocky island and a lighthouse with a keeper's house on this island. The root turned out to be very hard and thus difficult to work with. 🗼The lighthouse, the keeper's house, the ladder and the boat are tiny and delicate work was required. The ladder and boat are made from a single piece of wood, all made exclusively from material found on the Black Sea coast, with the exception of some acrylic paints and glue. ℹ️ Materials: wood, driftwood, rusty nails. 🏚️Country house made of wood, driftwood and rusty nails. This piece is full of pretty tiny details you can look all over. The entrance doors are made of rusty metal, embedded and have the volume. The rear barn doors are made of wood, chimneys of rusty nails, and roof of driftwood battered by the wind and the sea. By the sides you can find small balcony. The woodpile, water spring with the bucket and the rope swings in the yard create the feeling that the house is inhabited. I have worked for hours to create the good mood and comfort you can feel looking at this piece, filled with the warmth of my hands. 🏚️ Small street of four houses fixed on the piece of driftwood designed as a wall decoration. 🌊 I found the materials for this composition – peace of driftwood, rusty keg and nails - on the Black Sea Coast. I used keg to make the roof for three of the houses.I work for hours on any tiny detail: the doors are mortised and have the volume. Every house has its threshold of driftwood, tiny balcony (with a wonderful view I believe), chimneys of rusty nails, warehouse bigger door with a metal bar.
