Really have been struggling keeping on track recently. I relapsed for a few weeks to who I was - binge drinking, eating junk and immobile in between these two states. I was feeling low like all the effort I had made this year that I titled "the year of development and change" had gone to waste, then I saw something that said "the only way to fail is to stop." this couldn't of rang louder in my head. When I saw this I thought to myself you've come so far get back on that horse and push harder and develop further than you've ever gone, there's no way in two - three weeks I could of ruined what I've done in the past 9months and even if I had, the only way I was going to improve again was to get back to clean, healthy living. I decided that what brought me down most was talking too much and not acting enough. So I silently got back on my horse, started working out and I will quietly continue to do this only letting my body and mood do the talking. Fitness is key to happiness and feeling content in yourself, it does more than any drug or alcohol can do, your happiness comes from within and no external substance can do what your own mentality and health can do. Be strong, continue and if you want something make sure you go out there and you get it!

Before I start this post, I just want say that I do these as a way of expressing myself. It’s not a cry for help. It’s just ideas and thoughts I have. Its a small part of my life that I practice :) it’s important to me.

The word ‘love’ is a lot like the word ‘god’. It can mean different things...
