Next time you’re in Huntington Beach, CA you HAVE to check out Ola Mexican Kitchen in Pacific City! They have amazing food and drinks and a great outdoor bar area with a beautiful view of the ocean! 

What to drink: PUNTA NEGRA MARGARITA - BLACKBERRY/JALAPEÑO  Peligroso Silver- fresh blackberry- fresh jalapeños- sweet n sour- pineapple juice

What to eat: CARNITAS - Slow braised pork, fresh handmade tortillas, tomatillo salsa, pico de gallo and chicharron

**I also recommend ordering their amazing appetizer: ELOTE MAN CORN - Four half-ears of roasted corn, cotija cheese and lime aioli (Make sure to order it OFF THE COB!)

Jalapeño Pineapple Margarita is SOOOOOO good at La Vida Cantina in Costa Mesa! My mom’s pomegranate martini looks pretty good too!

My mom found this little gem on Groupon! It’s a cute little place tucked away right off the freeway. Perfect for an afternoon wine tasting! 

You can bring your whole picnic (we brought meat, crackers and cheeses) and they even have a full bar! (Which was perfect for my mom who prefers lemon drops to wine). They do beer tastings as well and after your tasting you can walk the grounds, visit their petting zoo and maybe even get a ride in the Jurassic Park Jeep! 

Perfect place for a family outing and make sure to check out their Instagram to see how amazing they transform this place into an elegant setting for outdoor weddings. Just beautiful! @RanchoLasLomas

My dad and I were recently invited to attend the @madeforchefs event hosted by @theknottedapron in Uptown Whittier, CA

This event featured a throwdown between two local chefs. We got to be the judge as well as sample all the amazing food and local beverages! 

I FINALLY got to sample a taste from Bailey’s Neighborhood Juicery!  Can not wait for this place to open! Their juices are fresh squeezed, healthy and delicious! What’s not to like?! @baileysjuicery 

Next I tried chocolate coconut water for the first time... that’s right.. chocolate...coconut...WATER. And let me tell you it is PHENOM.COM I’m not officially addicted to this freaking stuff. It’s SO GOOD!

We also got to taste some amazing chardonnay from the local Rev Winery!

Have you guys heard of Auntie’s? It’s a little gem in Uptown Whittier, CA.

A great place for brunch! 

My dad and I recently went to a brunch event hosted at The Knotted Apron and Auntie’s provided all the food and drinks!

You gotta try their grapefruit mimosas! Classy AF am I right!!?

There are so many fun places to go in Malibu, CA! You guys probably saw my post a little while ago on Malibu Farm, a little cafe right on the water!

Also make sure to check out Malibu Family Wines and Malibu Cafe (5 minutes from each other!) The landscape and outdoor ambiance is so fun! Malibu Family Wines has more of an intimate setting where as Malibu Cafe has sort of a huge outdoor bbq or picnic type feel to it.  Lots of games like the giant chess, lots of seating with umbrellas to provide some shade.  A beautiful lake (great for a pic opp!) And make sure to have some lunch or some fun drinks at the upstairs cafe!

Seriosuly enjoying these amazing sour beers at @brueryterreux 🍺 My favorite is the Frucht Berazzled tart beer w/ raspberries...SO GOOD!!! Loving these little microbreweries! Chris and I LOVE sour beers so this is one of our favorite spots because they have a HUGE variety of beer! Especially when it comes to sours!  P.S. That chandelier tho... LOVE!
