james was born in nashville and that is where he remained for most of his life until about 6 years ago when he moved to seattle.

james has always been interested in cardio surgery, it was his favourite rotation whilst doing his residency.

two years after moving to seattle, james met his now wife natalie, they were married within six months and from the outside their relationship looks pretty good.

little does his natalie know, james has been having an affair for most of their marriage (almost four years) with a younger woman. the woman, rosalie lincoln was living in new york city at the time the affair started and her and james met when he was on a business. they quickly started a very sexual affair and james was excited when she told him that she was moving to seattle and that he would actually be working in the same hospital as her. 

being in the same place makes sneaking around a whole lot easier but there have been times where they’ve almost been caught out. natalie is a teacher which makes the sneaking around a lot easier because she isn’t around the hospital where they are hooking up the majority of the time.

james is a bit of an ass, he doesn’t really care who he hurts, he says he loves natalie but he also claims to love the other woman. he’s basically trash, fuck this guy.
