[ I'm coming off of a hiatus that was almost a year off...a lot of personal things went on, meaning a lot happened to me personally, but after a lot of time, I'm ready to write with Nel again. :) things are going to be a bit different with her, I have different plans with her, but I'm still in the works with all of that. It's so nice to be back. :) ]

Warm air rolled into the small house through the open windows, rustling their curtains ever so lightly as the air carried the specific scent of a storm coming. Walls were a faded shade of white as its furniture looked unused, as if it'd been years since anybody had found relaxation in the outdated items. Old floral prints decorated them with dust, a small television set with rabbit ears sitting in the corner of the living room. The dreary aroma mixed with tobacco's sharp taste, which flowed from the center of the house, or more specifically, from a mahogany table that sat on four legs, placed next to a kitchen that contained very few appliances. Tangled sable-colored hair hung down the woman's back against her white night gown, the night gown that dangled off of her collarbones and her defined ribs. Angular shoulders wore brushed ash from her pack of Lucky Strikes that she'd decided to inhale at five o'clock that very morning. Jagged elbows used the table's wood for support, her left hand raised with her tenth cigarette sitting in between two brunette fingers that wore brittle blue nails. Scars graced her right hand along her wrist and each finger, dictating their abnormalities as she extended it in front of her. Polaroids littered the entire surface of the russet tinted table, hundreds of pages of papers stacked in the chair to the right of where her emaciated figure sat. Eyes sat in her skull with reddened hues against their irises's lovely shade of murky obsidian, glazing over each photograph as she struggled to move her head toward her burning cigarette. Letting her head roll back with the rattle of her lungs and the fluttering of her eyes as she inhaled, she exhaled two lines of smoke through her sharply defined nose. Lank cheekbones were touched by her right hand's ragged digits due to the significant amount of difficulty that she had from holding her head up for too long. Her mind was burnt with every single Polaroid in her line of vision, almost all of them showing horrific acts against humanity.

[ I've been thinking about this for awhile, and I've decided that I'm going to be on hiatus. I have a lot of things going on in my life, and I haven't had the attention span for a long time to be on here and to really enjoy Nel. As for the low activity on here as well, I've noticed that a lot of people aren't enjoying her either. I'm hoping that the hiatus won't be permanent, and it'll only be for some time, but I need to get some priorities straight as well, I have large things ahead of me, like court. I really enjoy writing with all of you, and I hope you all understand. Thank you for everything, I'll continue to reblog this. I'm always on Skype, and I'll come on here from time to time to check things out. I'll make another announcement, should the hiatus come off, of course. Thank you. ]
