these are not dating headcanons! summary: — warnings: mental health problems, self-harm and suicide mentions, cigarettes and drugs, bullying headcanons count: 20 (380 words)

. is goth . half german; his father is german and his mother was american . his hair is naturally blonde, like his mother's, but started dying it black at fourteen because he couldn't stand looking at the mirror and seeing her in the reflection . got bullied when he was younger cause he was an awkward dork who never spoke and sat alone so people thought it was funny to pick on him and throw him papers and stuff. but as he grew up, the bullying got worse and became physical, so he started desperately getting into fights so people would stop picking on him.

. ^ in addition to that, he also never made a single friend before veronica, as a consequence of moving too frequently (and being an 'easy target' for bullies).

. owns a tattoo gun, but has no tattoos. he just... has it . pierced his ear himself. it started as a casual comment of earrings looking cool and his dad said he better not get one, so jason said 'ok bet' and did it in his bathroom

. he def tried weed before. look at that man and tell me he didn't

. self-harms n has had suicidal thoughts ("when the voice in your head says you're better off dead, don't open a vein")

. i think it's canon or official? but was born in texas . i totally hate the idea of abusive bud dean (part of why i dislike the musical itself), because in the movie he was if anything, neglective. but i personally think they simply don't talk much, jd literally says he doesn't think about it when veronica asks if he likes his father

. he was, however, a mama's boy

. has bpd, depression and psychotic episodes

. idk why people say he had killed before chandler. his reaction says otherwise. chandler was his first kill

. had a dinosaurs phase when he was really young so now he knows a lot of useless facts about dinosaurs

. his favourite color is red, and black comes second

. hates alcohol

. skips most classes and if he does show up he just sits on the back and doesn't pay attention at all. he's able to pass his classes because he's good at perceiving and associating ideas and patterns

. is in advanced literature n shares it with duke
