Practice 1: Let labor begin on its own. Practice 2: Walk, move around and change positions throughout labor. Practice 3: Bring a loved one, friend or doula for continuous support. Practice 4: Avoid interventions that are not medically necessary. Practice 5: Avoid giving birth on your back and follow your body's urges to push. Practice 6: Keep mother and baby together – It's best for mother, baby and breastfeeding.

Postnatal Fitness Classes in Delhi
If you had a healthy pregnancy and a normal vaginal delivery, you should be able to start exercising again soon after the baby is born. Usually, it is safe to begin exercising a few days after giving birth—or as soon as you feel ready. If you had a cesarean birth you can start exercising after one & half months.
After having a baby, you should get at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week. You can divide the 150 minutes into 30-minute workouts on 5 days of the week or into smaller 10-minute sessions throughout each day. For example, you could go for three 10-minute walks each day.
Exercise has the following benefits for postpartum women:It helps strengthen and tone abdominal muscles; It boosts energy; It may help prevent postpartum depression; It promotes better sleep,It relieves stress; It can help you lose the extra weight that you may have gained during pregnancy.
At MFM, We follow the technique with the name- CFS ( Core Firing Sequence). It helps in Tummy Tuck without surgery.
Since core muscles are resilient so in this technique we start with firing the deepest core muscles TA ( Transverse Abdominis ) &pelvic floor muscles to get their strength back, shape back after pregnancy. It helps in core - stabilisation & realigning the trunk muscles very easily.
After Normal delivery, you can start after one month & After a cesarean, you can start after one & a half months.
