"Marc! I got you something!" Running right up to him, she stops before bumping into him (she's gotten better at that!) and holds out a candied apple for him. It seems she's grown quite fond of the harvest treat. Hopefully her brother would enjoy one too.

             “ Hm? Morgan? “ Marc had diligently been lost in the depths of his book, the tattered pages barely holding together as he’d closed it between his palms. The excitable voice of his sister was enough for him to acknowledge that it was time to put his focus elsewhere, other than between the grungy faded covers of the tome. Crimson colored eyes had first glanced at his twin, then to the candied apple that was now held in her palm as an offering to him. To most of the other Shepards, Marc would have been skeptical to take it; but, since this was Morgan he was all too trusting to take the odd treat from his favorite person’s fingers. 

             “ It... looks strange. The apple is coated in a sticky substance... “ Marc mumbled as he inspected it over and over, twisting the sweet treat around around the tips of his fingers. Finally, he caved and decided to give it the good ole’ taste test. It smelled sweet, and although he wasn’t very particular on them Marc still wanted to try it; if only for Morgan. Teeth were quick to chomp down around the apple, his tongue immediately coming toe-to-toe with the sugary sweet coating up the sour splash of apple juice complimented itself as an all too savory flavor. He... couldn’t believe it; Marc had actually decided he’d liked it. “ It’s... actually really good. I was afraid it would be too sweet, and that I’d disappoint you with not liking it--- but this was a good choice! “

whenever i draw a morgan, i like to put little physical traits from their non-canon parent in (on?) them to make them feel more ~personalized and special~ i’ll probably do the same to any future morgans (ha) i have…
