Which are your fav hotchniss moments within the show? Like which solidify your hotchniss obsession……….mine is them sharing fleeces, the scene where hotch signs his divorce papers iykyk, and that one scene in s5 after morgan confronts hotch for going into the field without backup…

Right right right I need to think. Mine basically overlap with yours, but I clearly have no restraint so....

Sharing fleeces is something I will scream into the void about (WHY are they MATCHING ffs) and oh my gosh the scene where Hotch is all "what?" and Emily's like "nothing" like be less obvious with your flirting pls n thank

I also love the scene in Minimal Loss where Hotch can't listen to her being tortured, "I want you on that plane with me", the signing of the divorce papers (like why pan to Emily? Just why?), "if anything happens to her I will destroy you", the slip in Alaska where he calls her Emily as they have OBVS just been sharing a bed. Too many. Too many.

Honourable mention to Lo-Fi/Mayhem and the angst. Oh, and Emily taking him to and from work in s5ep2. Oh noooo so many. I just love them all!!!!!

I mean, same tbh haha (Constantly up for anyone sending me s7 fix it aus lol as I am not so good at searching for fics)

I've not read much this year, but I'd really recommend @eyesontheskyline - I read every right thing and looooved it beyond measure. Also, I adored @ssaemilyhotchner 's the house always wins. So, so good. And erm I think that's all the fic I have read in recent months haha. I used to!! Many moons ago. I moved over to ao3 when everyone else started migrating over and I also deleted all my fics off ffn. This must have been 12 years ago now? I wanted a fresh start haha and my first writing felt really young. My style has changed a lot - as has the fandom I write for!! I still have an account technically - but I couldn’t tell you the name or anything. I genuinely don’t remember 🤣

🤍 White: What's a fanfic scenario or idea you'd like someone else to write so that you can read it?

Ooh!! A great question!! I’ve had to really think about this one. I’d love a detailed multi-chapter where Hotch and Emily are undercover as a married couple and end up acting on feelings and escaping terrible danger, there’s only one bed, the house is bugged so they can’t speak openly, Emily gets to wear an insane dress and Hotch loses his mind etc etc. it’s an idea I’ve had for AGES but I don’t want to write it. I want to read it. (I’ll probs end up writing it 🥲) OR I’d love another season 7 AU where it’s multi chapter, true to character, addresses Emily’s trauma, HEA… (I’m also doing this with L’Atterrissage I know. I keep writing the fics I want to read lol. I think I want niche things).

🧡 Orange: When in the day do you typically write?

At the moment, I have to fit it in during nap times so I usually manage an hour or so late morning and an hour or so after bedtime - around 8:30-9:30 or so. When my next work project kicks off, it’ll just be evenings unless it’s my day off. Anything else is when I’m child free! I used to love a morning write - cup of tea, slow breakfast, fresh brain - but nowadays I’m up at 6am watching Thomas and Friends or building train lines 🤣
