this is a self portrait from quite a few months ago maybe anywhere from Sep-Nov?? i am still absolutely in love with it but compared to the other one the quality isnt as great bc i was using pencils not meant for a whole portrait. but art can be made from anything and i made art that im proud of which is what matters to me. my style changes quite a bit quite often but i feel like it reflects how i veiw myself or my subject at the moment. art is so crazy and i loved making this piece. i thought all the random geometrics were super cool and i couldnt help myself from putting a bunch of them in the background.

this is a self portrait i finished like last week or so. i made it with prisma colored pencils that i got for Christmas and omg having good quality art supplies absolutely changed my perspective??? like its all so smooth and blends so well and its so much less patchy compared to my other colored pencils that were like prang or some crayola off brand. im super proud of this piece like wow i made that and put all these feelings into it. i put meaning into every part of it: the color choices, how light hits the subject, the background, and all the other little things i cant think of. i hope that someone looks at this and feels some kind of feelings in themself. im so excited to hang this up in my room and make more peices! so bad at tagging </3

fiona apple is such a banger like i am stuck listening to her entire discography because nothing else is as good like holy shit this woman is just a fucking innovator with the shit shes put out ?????? idk how i didnt find her sooner but mannnn her music itches all the right places in my brain like currently Cosmonauts is on loop because theres these couple lyrics that im having a moment with

im going to thespians soon and mannn im nervy for all this stuff. i did good in the group competition i did tho i got superiors all across for my part of it. next year ima go above and beyond with everything but im super proud of myself, i didn't think i would score good💪💪 school has been so stressful its like ive been suffocating because ofcourse all the hardest content has to be put in my brain when all i want to do is focus on my competition stuff but whatevssss I DID IT YAYYYYY
