The dollar to peso rate has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY, so any american commisions mean a lot less income than before. And MANY americans are refusing and cancelling filipino art commisions due to the political situation. Its not their fault! and they need this money to live, or even leave the country and the political state the americans are going on about
