Today I proudly celebrate 10 years of 3D modeling free 3D printable minis!
Today I proudly celebrate 10 years of 3D modeling, printing & painting D&D minis, all for free and all for the world to enjoy! It all started 10 years ago when I posted on reddit a simple black dragon I put together on Tinkercad that the local library 3D printed for me. It blew up on reddit so I made another dragon. Then I learned Blender and decided to 3D model the entire Monster Manual. From there this went from a simple hobby to now my full time profession and I'm loving it!
Thank you all for your kind words and support over the years. I was able to set up a successful Patreon, grow a small community, and model over 5000 minis! If you ever need a mini 3D printed for your games chances are I've made it. Just google "name of creature mz4250" and you'll see the free link, be it on Shapeways, Printables, Thingiverse or on Patreon directly.
Here are a few of my favorite galleries of my works that I think would set up anyone for their D&D campaign. The free file links are below each image:
Monster Manual - https://imgur.com/gallery/1R9Rt8G Monsters of the Multiverse - https://imgur.com/gallery/KBiK1Yp Fizbans Treasury of Dragons - https://imgur.com/gallery/xrvhfIf
I've actually made a variety of other D&D books ready for 3D printing but these are the must haves I feel :)
Anyway thanks again friends! And as always all my models are free and posted daily here: https://www.patreon.com/mz4250
Oh and if you're curious about about my Patreon I offer my patrons access to all my 5000+ pre-supported TTRPG models in one place, along with commercial options, a discord, and requests board. The drives have all the same models that are already out there for free in the internet. Its more for convenience rather than exclusivity.
Stay awesome friends!

Short rpg that I made a while ago after possibly playing too much Dark Souls, all while grasping at the feeling of discovering both a new world and a new a new game, and no matter how many times I play it or its sequels I can never regain that first playthrough.

NOW AVAILABLE ON ITCH.IO:
NO GOOD DEED: Bleed 10,000 Hit Points ashcan
This is the very first playable version of NGD. I have not tested it at all yet. I'm making this plain text version of the rules available so you can check out the game, leave some feedback, or even run your own playtest!
I'll be running my own tests when I get the chance, but I live in FL so you can imagine the amount of stress I'm under.
NO GOOD DEED: Bleed 10,000 Hit Points is a diceless, GMless tabletop roleplaying game where you and your friends share a pool of 10,000 hit points and every second of real time that passes you take 1 damage. Each playbook is its own mini-game, many of which use a unique object for interacting with the World. Some spend hit points, some restore them. With a sensibility and mechanics inspired by Troika! and Wanderhome (respectively), this bizarre sandbox game truly begins once you accept that time is always running out.
Thank you for your time. I do not take it for granted.
-Lex
What you'll need:
3-6 players
3 hours
A timer
Something to take notes with
What you might need, depending on the playbook you choose:
4-6 dice of any size (you won't be rolling them)
A paper doll/cutout
3x3 puzzle cube
A sphere
A deck of 52 playing cards
A spinning top
Ice cubes
A candle (and something to light it with)
A falling block tower

Greetings Dapper!
I have an idea to propose: Seemingly normal lighthouse keeper who guides people through an area which has powerful and spontaneous storms. However, the lighthouse keeper is possessed by a sea devil and is purposely funnelling more souls to him
Tumblr media
Villain: Vanordrak, Dredger of Souls
Even a pious soul should be discriminating with their prayers, it's not just the gods that are listening
Adventure Hooks:
The party has been sent to investigate the sinking of a ship carrying precious cargo, perhaps because it was important to their ongoing quest, perhaps by a merchant looking to salvage their investment. The region is as remote as it is foreboding, so to avoid travel overland they must set out each day in a small boat over choppy waters and spend their nights ashore, sheltering on rough beaches in the lea of sea cliffs to avoid the bone chilling winds.
Built generations ago to warn ships away from a small but treacherous series of reefs, the lighthouse at Cape Maudlin is currently operated by an old sailor by name of Argus a crass but warmhearted former sailor who's extensive tattoos have blurred overtime into an incomprehensible mess. Argus still remembers the story behind each one, and will regale the party with them over a warm cup of grog should they come to visit his tower.
Everyone knows the stretch of coast around the Cape Maudlin is prone to ill winds and shipwrecks, especially Ida, the guilt-wracked navigator who survived the disaster and has been going over her charts over and over again trying to figure out where she went wrong. Joining the party on their excursion, Ida becomes convinced that the Maudlin lighthouse is several miles off from where it should be, positioned almost as if it was intended to run ships into the reefs it was intended to save them from. To confirm that her carefully copied maps aren't flawed, she'll need the party to investigate the place where the reefs should be in relation to the lighthouse (none there), and the place where the light house SHOULD be (where they find nothing but a pile of rubble easily missed from out on the water, and the nest of some hostile wildlife).
Setup: When it seems like the ocean itself will swallow you up it's only natural to pray that something will save you from the depths below. For those who never found a spiritual patron it often becomes a matter of invoking as many protectors as possible, before resulting to aimless begging for salvation as the waters close in.
It is these last, reckless prayers that draw the attention of Vanordrak, who like most of his infernal kin exists to punish mortals for the transgression of some arbitrary taboo. The sea-devil takes these dying pleas as a compact, snatching up the souls of the drowning before they can pass into the underworld, trapping them in an endless torment where their bodies are torn at by crabs and gulls, all the while dangling above the obliterating waters of stygia.
To facilitate a steady influx of desperate, drowning souls, Vandorak found the Maudlin lighthouse during a long period of neglect and pulled it down, conjuring a facsimile just a few miles down the coast in the exact position needed to through nighttime sailors off course. Resentful at the party for snooping into his game, the sea-devil will employ increasingly daring tactics in an attempt to scare them off.
Challenges & Complications:
A rough gang of scavengers have beaten the party to the wreck, taking the best prises for themselves including whatever it is the party needs to complete their mission. They claim to be open to negotiation, but given that they're not above leaving shipwrecked innocents to drown so as to retain their salvage rights, the party should be warry of their hospitality.
Vandorak maintains an unwitting pawn in Argus the lighthouse keeper, a reformed pirate who faced drowning in his youth and inadvertantly pledged himself to the seadevil's whims. Subtly manipulated all his life and later called to service, each time Argus sleeps, the devil can puppet his body, possibly sabotaging their boat or kidnapping their too inquisitive navigator.
One of the partymembers dreams of being attacked by a wretched red octopus and near drowned in the surf, only to awaken and find that their camp has been invaded by one of the sea-devil's minions (possibly Argus), looking to slit their throats during their sleep. After attempting to wake their companions, they realize that the whole party is having the red octopus dream, and each of the heroes must fight the beast individually in order to battle their way to consciousness.
Running short on patience and options, Vandorak will suffuse his false lighthouse and the conjured isle it rests on with infernal power, animating it as a means of hunting the party as they attempt to flee in their boat or make a stand on the nearby sea cliffs. Possessing spectral tentacles that can crack hulls and the approximate durability of a small castle, the party are in for the fight of their lives. Its most dangerous weapon is the burning beacon at it's summit, in which Vandorak will burn up the souls he has captured to unleash blasts of searing hellfire.
During each confrontation, the devil demands that the heroes pray for their lives, hoping to vindicate his hatred of reckless prayer and ensnare their souls in his realm. What a surprise then when something answers, not just in a whisper but in a wrathful intervention that leaves no doubt that the gods have taken notice of the devil’s crimes and want him punished. Exactly which deity is up to you, perhaps a benevolent moonlight guardian looking to guide the party home, perhaps some territorial tyrant of the depths looking to assert their claim over the drowned. Regardless, the party has got some divine attention now, which may result in further visitations as their odyssey continues.

orcs orcs orcs! Some of my ocs from an original worldbuild. In this worldbuild, in order for a new orc to be born, a creature must be hunted and its blood used in a ritual. The resulting orc is blessed with the strengths and abilities of the creature which helped to make them.

SO I've become addicted to Pathfinder lore. I stumbled across changelings and was pretty much instantly in love. Naturally, I had to make one right away.
This is Elias! He's a witch and worships Desna. I'll be shoving him into Wrath very soon so I can finally give the Azata path (and the Woljif romance mod) a try.

I've been thinking about adding another color combo to this pip style, but can't think of anything else that gives off that good 70's vibe.
