『Aitakute, Deep Feelings』

Good evening Ado Nation! Today we'll be having a talk about one of Ado's song that needs to be heard out, let it be in your presence.

A song with outstaning lyrics and has a deep meaning that one person would understand... That very song that I would like to talk is:

"Aitakute" (会いたくて) or "I Miss You".

"Aitakute" from Ado powerfully conveys deep feelings of intense longing, large regret, and important emotional conflict in love. The song represents a person struggling with their natural desire to see someone they miss. This person is also being held back by natural pride along with certain unresolved emotions. Even though they feel lonely as well as dejected, they are anxious to connect with someone because they might get turned down or hurt by what could happen. The lyrics catch at the depth of pain in certain unspoken words and at the breadth of frustration with emotional distance, making it a deep expression of love and heartache. The very sad but also very strong tune makes the truly happy-sad feelings better, showing the big inside mess of wishing to get back together but not having the chance.

"Why does it not give a lot of attention than most of her songs?"

Aitakute isn’t quite as popular on YouTube given that it didn’t receive the same promotion as Ado’s other tracks. It was just an insert song in Kaguya-sama: Love Is War -The Final along with not being a main theme. Therefore, it didn’t receive quite as much attention. Even with its somewhat low viewership, a lot of fans still value how moving it is.

『Odo, Letting Go of Everything and Enjoy Life』

Good day everyone and ADO Nation!

This day, we will be talking Odo or (踊) meaning dance.

Released in April 27, 2021 by Ado, The song was used by NHK for a program.

Anyways, my first thoughts were that the song talked about how people force themselves to go to things like parties they don't even necessarily enjoy, just for them to have something to post on social media, to make it seem like they're having a good time; basically the pressure that people feel to show the image of a life full of fun to others. But I wasn't really sure: I don't know much about how people feel about this in Japan, and the chorus really puzzles me.

Telling people to let go of everything and just enjoy life and enjoy being around each other. I still think the monitors fit that interpretation too because she's saying screw everyone who's watching you closely for failure and watching your every move. Pay them no mind and just have fun.

『Gira Gira, A Way to Unlove』

We meet again, readers.

Today we will be tackling ADO's third song, Gira Gira (ギラギラ). Released in February 14, 2021, having a total of 186 million views in Youtube.

"If God is left handed, I can’t imagine how happy I’ll be."

I couldn't understand what the meaning meant for this song was at the beginning, the song but I have ideas of how it goes:

"I like that instead of saying ``What if God could draw with my right hand,'' ``If God were left-handed,'' it seems to be saying ``What if God were left-handed,'' rather than what if I were beautiful, but what if my face was said to be beautiful in this world."

These are just my interpretations. When I ask friends about these songs I get different interpretations of what they mean because everyone comes from different walks of life. It's easy to project your life and experiences to songs when that may not be what they're about.

Hi there, today we'll be posting all about ADO, a Japanese singer and songwriter that made her debut in 2020 at the age of 17.

This song is titled "Ussewa" which can be translated to "shut up". The entire lyrics for this song basically says that it criticizes society's "common sense" and became popular with younger generations in Japan within 17 weeks of its release. Some say the song is about young people who rebel against society instead of seeking mutual understanding. The song itself was publicly criticized from its popularity that divided generations, in which Ado herself became a symbol for it.
