There's the sound of a snip, followed by a faint little bark. Rai stands over an ivy with pruning shears in hand and small drops of blood forming in the other. He sets them down beside a pile of withered or undesired leaves and stems and inspects the cut, mostly unperturbed, more curious how deep it goes. He tests how far he can pull it apart. Min, however, jumps up from his corner of toys and runs to Rai's side.

"Rai! You cut your finger! Are you okay? Does it hurt a lot? Do you wanna go get a bandaid from downstairs?"

He asks the question, but his hand is already around the one poking and prodding, pulling it away and taking a step backwards toward the door.

"Ah-? I'm fine, Min..." Rai smiles and holds up his hand for Min to see. Blood continues to trickle a slow path down. "It'll only take a few minutes. I don't want to use them for nothing."

"Yeah, but... They always make me feel better when I get hurt..."

Rai laughs lightly, his eyes crinkling in the corners. "And that's why they're for you! You're so sweet. Don't worry about me; it's alright."

Rai smears the blood away, and the nick has already halved in size. He pushes Min's bangs back to place a kiss on his forehead, and some of the worry on Min's face fades into a soft smile.

"Okay... if you mean it."

Ahh... Yeah, I guess so. They dress like time travellers but I don't have room to talk. They also like to argue a lot

I don't think that counts, but that is super cool! A lot of old people I know can ride a bike, especially the really really old ones, soo I wanted to know

You know, I like singing along to songs, but I skip over the bad parts. Rai doesn't sing along because he usually doesn't know the words. He doesn't like songs with lyrics, except sometimes when he doesn't understand them, because then the vocals just sound like sounds
