ABOUT MY BLOG.
"Eclectic Metalhead" is a term that I (SlamBoy) coined to describe my personal taste, since I don't know of any one phrase to describe what I like, visually.
Key words: black metal, evangelicalism, midwest, mincecore, metalhead, esoteric, death metal, Catholic motifs, guro, religious, medieval, angelcore, cottagegore.
This is what I will post. Images belonging to me will be indicated as such.
DISCLAIMER.
Disturbing imagery will be on this blog. Not "may", it will be on this blog.
Dead animals (taxidermy and roadkill), the uncanny, etcetera.
I do not condone live gore.
FAQ.
"Why do you include your diagnoses?"
My visual taste and the coining of "eclectic metalhead" is attributed to by those two specific diagnoses. That's all there is to it.
"Are you Christian?"
No; I follow Esoteric Buddhism. I was raised Buddhist. Though, I attended a Roman-Catholic school during childhood.
"Do you support the NSBM movement?"
No; I am not a Nazi. I do not listen to "Nazi metal". I am a fan of the band Burzum; contrary to popular misconceptions, the music itself contains no themes of Nazism.
