Nearly 66 today but not 66.
I felt sad and disheartened but really it’s an ok weight. I just need to be disciplined this week. I’ll definitely hit 64 if I stay disciplined

Meal plans
Monday; - Chicken breast, corgette, bell pepper, bulgar wheat, houmous.
Tuesday; - salmon, brown rice, broccoli and green beans
Wednesday; - prawns, mangetouts, carrots, peppers, stir fried, bulgar wheat
Thursday; - chicken, Brussels sprouts, carrots, brown rice
Friday; salmon, roast veg, bulgar wheat
Sat/sun; - garlic prawn, spinach, corgette and brown rice / egg fried rice and salmon/prawns.
