Technical Textiles

Technical Textiles are basically materials and products designed mainly for their technical and performance properties instead of their decorative or aesthetic characteristics.
Textiles are everywhere around us in this modern society; worn as self expression and protection on the human body, used as comfort elements and decoration in offices, homes, hotels, hospitals or public buildings, as interior material in ships, cars, trains, buses and aircrafts, or structural elements for roofs, bridges, tents or as reinforcements for highways, and dikes and also as bags, nets or synthetic turf in sporting activities and outdoor activities.
Despite the belief that the textile sector is regarded as a traditional sector, these days it has emerged as one of the major test-beds in regards to new business methods. The new market standards, plausible with process innovative developments, which on one hand lower expenses, while on the other hand helps to classify oneself from other business competitors, have become an invaluable competitive factor. After the mid of the 80's, the industry for textile products began to change vastly, and it was divided between: standard productions, known with a low product innovation and technology level, average to low quality, poor customer support and complex productions identified with a robust product innovation and technology level, with the help of revolutionary product research and process technologies, a strong aesthetic component, as well as certain and high-quality levels, production flexibility, quick timing addressing requirements and customer support.
In addition to the above, presently there is a new stage in the textile field through which new materials make it possible to make interactive and dynamic products, able to offer comfort, protection, and performance. The fabric materials are thereby becoming the reason behind a completely new variety of new applications.
Revolutionary and Technical Textiles: A Industry of Niches with High Added Value Today it is necessary to take up a different strategy to textiles; fabrics need to be regarded more than just a surface, to be described graphically, however as a material to all purposes and intents, with its own intrinsic performance and structure. In the industry of technical textiles, there are a lot of products and niches, often profoundly technological and where the consumer demands specific requirements, and in which the price is no more the only parameter taken into account.
Pertaining to innovative textiles, the industry is growing rapidly along with several innovations of new applications and products are underway. Erez technical textiles are dedicated to providing customer support and guidance and to a relentless process of high-quality improvement. Erez technical textile was the first to set up online testing as an important part of a comprehensive quality development program, to ensure that all textiles meet or better customer requirements.
The technological development which transversally integrates materials, human science, and information technology, does help to predict positive perspectives in the process towards the growth of new products and applications.
The common trend is subsequently towards state of the art, high-performance textiles designed not just to appear attractive, but to provide a significant added value with regards to functionality.
Application Area of Technical Textiles In the area of technical applications, the technological resources are the ones that provide the comfort standards and highest performance and ensure a better standard of living. Already there are fabrics efficient at reducing risks (e.g. odorless, antibacterial, insect proof, mite-proof, flame retardant, odorless, anti-UV, soil-resistant, and anti-electromagnetic radiation, and so on). Other fabrics also function actively (e.g providing cosmetic-medical effects, or heat-regulating, with new features, and so forth).

Drip Irrigation is an Efficient System of Irrigation

Drip irrigation is a process of using natural resources in such an efficient manner that helps to save natural resources but improves the productivity of the soil. All components are synchronized in a most advantageous manner that natural resources are used to the lowest minimum requirement for the irrigation purpose. The climate, soil, water, and crop are the main ingredients of this new irrigation system, which is gaining popularity in the recent time.
Drip irrigation is a technique where water is generated to the roots of the plant directly. To carry out this in an entire farm one needs to use tubes, pipes, tubing, valves and the emitters. The technique here is to use as little water as you can. This method of farming is incredibly effective in semi-dry and dry areas.
The technological advancements have been of use to farmers today. Due to the fact, the farmer does not have to depend on the ever-changing climate and weather conditions. Stemming from the global warming the climate has become extreme hindering farming. As a result, the farmer has to developed new tectonic to implement the available resources so as to enhance production.
The best Drip irrigation technologies comes with an idea to reduce water utilization at the lowest level and running the irrigation with water droplets to drop down on roots of plants for the need with a lesser need of fertilizers. The system runs on the principle of use of minimum water at the root of plants in a periodical manner. Plants get the required water and do not suffer either from inadequate water or excess water. The system is installed in the farming land and proper guidelines are provided to farmers for the effective and competent running of the drip irrigation system. It ensures the efficiency of irrigation with an economy in water, generous harvest and savings in labor and fertilizer expenditures.
The system has to take into account the topography of the field, respective climate and climatic changes that occur periodically. The micro irrigation system is suitable for farming of different vegetables and fruits including tea and coffee plantations and flowers. The wonderful irrigation system has been appreciated in many parts of the world including America, Europe, Africa, and Asia region.
Drip irrigation system is preferred because of high yield in return year after year in comparison to the investment. Precious water is saved to the tune of 3/4th of the quantity previously required to irrigate the same portion of land. Harvests mature in time without any blemishes. Fertilizer component is drastically curtailed by one fourth. These entire factors have made the drip irrigation system most favorable for the optimum growth and huge yield. This process is undoubtedly a valuable addition in the irrigation system in the areas, where water resources are scarce and provide a great opportunity for the terrain region to produce better harvest every year.

Mechanic's Lien - An Overview

A mechanic's lien refers to any charge or duty imposed on a property or object that is used to secure payment of a debt. They are used in various aspects of life but are often found in the construction world. Because they are doing changes to a property that will improve it, they need to be assured they will receive payment for such services. A mechanic's lien basically guarantees payment for services. Typically, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers can issue liens onto a property if they haven't received payment. When this happens, the landowner does not have a clear property title.
The reason a mechanic's lien has such a name is because it originally was used by mechanics. They would use liens if they performed service work on an automobile and then did not receive the payment. Mechanics would file this claim with the local magistrate's office and a lien would be placed on the vehicle's title. This meant that the vehicle's owner had to pay off the debt to the mechanic before the title could be transferred to a third party. The lien remains on the vehicle until the owner pays the debt. Although the current term received its name from mechanics, liens were used on property in the United States since the 1700s.
The term mechanic's lien is more commonly used in the construction world these days. Contractors and suppliers needed a way to ensure they would receive payment. Because it takes so many different people and industries working together to build a house or apartment complex, the contractor needs to know he will be able to pay everyone. Property owners realized the leverage they hold over the contractors because if they don't feel like paying them for completed work, the contractors can't exactly move the building elsewhere. Contractors needed to come up with a way to combat this from happening because they were losing too much money.
This is where they started using mechanic's lien as a means to guarantee payment. They were able to use a mechanic's lien as a threat and usually receive the proper payment. A mechanic's lien can be an effective way of receiving payment without even carrying out the lien claim. Property owners do not want the negative effect a mechanic's lien has on a property, so they do all they can to avoid them. Because mechanic's lien has become a popular way for contractors to get paid, many states have laws regarding the usage of them. Many states require contractors to provide at least 20 days notice before filing a lien claim.
Mechanic's lien has a long history in the United States and in the rest of the world. It can be used as an effective method of guaranteeing payment. Although they are more commonly used in the construction industry, many contractors use them as a last resort. They would rather be on good working terms with their clients, so many do all they can to get their payment before pursuing a lien. In today's society, mechanic's lien is enforced through judicial court hearing similar to those of a mortgage foreclosure.

Encouraging Charity through Transparent Hands

The whole idea of charity is to provide a solution to the problems of someone or a group of people who at that time are unable to provide it for themselves. Charity can take different forms; it can be in the form of money, volunteering your service or time, or alternatively, a material substance such as clothing, food etc.
It’s important that we develop the habit of giving to the less privileged, and those around us who are less fortunate. Sometimes we may have some personal limitations or negative thoughts towards our giving.
Well, you are not alone. Everyone who has ever given has had his own moment of drawback. That point where they start to have second thoughts towards giving generally, sometimes questioning the rationality of their decision or the ability of the recipient to put the donation or items to good use
Knowing this, giving also comes with enormous benefits for not only the giver, but also for the one to whom the charity is given.
For the giver of charity, there are the benefits of:
Fulfillment: the feeling of knowing that you are the reason why someone is in a better place or situation.
Gratitude: for a better life, sometimes an act of paying it forward for some of the mercies that you have enjoyed.
Therapy: the happiness you see on someone’s face because of your charity, relieves your stress.
But, the benefits are not only physical. There are plenty of blessings across religions for those who give charity. The Christian Bible blesses the one who gives to the needy and it even speaks of greater reward for the giver. The Islamic faith sees charity as one of its pillars and greatly encourages it as one of the practices of Islam to facilitate the poor and needy.
Knowing what to give and who to give is another issue. But we encourage you to only give to worthy causes and if in doubt, do a due diligence investigation of the promoters of the charity to be assured that your donations will be put to good use.
In terms of what to give, we advise that you see your donations in the light of the impact that they will make. Instead of seeing $20, see a bag of flour for a needy family who hasn’t eaten for many days, or a support in the campaign for donation to a dying person needing surgery.
Note that no matter how little your donation might be, it will go a long way in helping to provide for the needy.
I’d like to mention one such cause in Pakistan who is facilitating the poor community at large while being 100% transparent. I want to encourage you to visit this website www.transparenthands.org to see some of the great works of charity that several individuals have been giving which are affecting the lives of some of Pakistan’s poorest patients. This organization named Transparent Hands, and its donors who are people like you and me have taken it upon themselves to provide free surgical treatment to deserving candidates of Pakistan.
"Transparent Hands conducts surgeries of poor patients through its Global Crowdfunding Platform and builds a Personal and Trusted bond between Patients and Donors while ensuring Complete Transparency."
Transparent Hands is committed to relieving the sufferings of deserving patients through best surgical treatment. It endeavors to be an ideal trust organization to treat needy people through its Crowdfunding Platform while giving an opportunity to the donors to support patients in a connected and transparent manner.
Transparent Hands started its journey four years ago in 2014 and successfully funded more than 350 surgeries in collaboration with 12 hospitals. It is now focusing on the expansion of its services in different regions of Pakistan. Transparent Hands is currently dealing with minor to major surgeries including Pediatric surgery, Urology, Orthopedic, Gynecology, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Cardiothoracic surgery, ENT and other General surgeries. They intend to bring the full range of services of these specialties very soon. Once successful in healthcare sector in Pakistan, Transparent Hands plans to extend its services in other sectors as well, especially Education.
You don’t need to be in Pakistan to donate for this noble cause. They are also registered in the USA as Transparent Hands Foundation giving everyone around the globe an opportunity to donate through stripe or PayPal in a secured way. Not only this, you can choose any patient to whom you want to donate and give any amount you wish!
Such laudable venture! We request you to join hands with them and save hundreds of precious lives! Donate and make a difference.

Breast Augmentation and What You Need To Know
Breast augmentation is the enhancement or enlargement of the breast through a surgical procedure that usually requires the insertion of an implant under or above the pectoral muscle. Breast augmentation is different from breast reconstruction. The usual patients for breast reconstruction are women who have undergone mastectomy and have lost either a portion of their breast or their entire breast.
In the case of breast augmentation, on the other hand, the usual candidates are women who want to change the appearance of their breasts to boost their self-confidence. These women may want breasts that are more proportionate to the rest of their body, or they have undergone pregnancy and breastfeeding, and wish to restore the look of their busts to what they used to be.
Breast augmentation is one of the most common operations done in cosmetic surgery. The risks are very low. Usually, the most common operation that can happen is that a thick layer of collagen forms around the breast implant, and the implant has to be removed or replaced. This process is called capsular contracture, and due to the developments in the manufacturing of breast implants, the chances of this happening with modern breast implants are relatively low.
Other problems, such as leakage, over-rippling of implants, and gel bleed that are also largely things of the past. These were problems with the old liquid silicone and saline implants used in the early nineties. The most favored implant in recent years, the one filled with silicone gel, minimizes these problems. Breast augmentation surgery has also begun to use the patients' body fat in order to augment the breasts.
Breast augmentation usually does not affect breastfeeding, and a mother will be able to breastfeed her baby normally. This does not mean, however, that breast augmentation can be done during or right after pregnancy. Post-operation, there will be swelling of the breast that will last between three to four weeks.
Besides, pregnancy and post-pregnancy is a time when the body changes, and it is never a good idea to undergo cosmetic surgery when the body is adjusting to size and shape. Breast augmentation does not increase the risk of breast cancer.
Because the implants need to be inserted in a way that minimizes scarring and any signs of the operation, there are four kinds of incisions used in breast augmentation.
The most common kind of incision is called the inframammary fold incision. This incision is made under the breast, where it meets the chest wall, and is usually only 4.5 centimeters long. The advantage of this kind of incision is that it gives the most direct access to the space behind the breast, and the visual effect of the implant is immediately apparent even during the operation.
The second kind of incision is called the axillary incision. This incision which is made in the crease in the armpit and is also 5 centimeters long. This is the kind of incision favored by some darkly pigmented women since many of them have greater tendency of hypertrophic scarring, and it is much less obvious than the incision made under the breast.
On the downside, it is more challenging to perform, giving only indirect access to the breast, and there is a higher chance of the implant being misaligned during the operation. This is not recommended for women who are too slim since a misaligned implant would be very obvious.
In the case of women who form little scars, a good option is the third kind of incision, called the areola incision. Like its name, the incision is made on the underside of the areola. Right after the operation, the scar is usually a pink-red color that matches the color of the areola. As the scar fades, it takes on the color of the surrounding skin of the breast.
The last kind of incision, the umbilical incision, involves an incision around the umbilical area, or bellybutton, but this type of incision can only be used to insert saline implants. Silicone gel implants need a 4.5-centimeter incision in order to be inserted. Since these are the most commonly used implants nowadays, this last kind of incision is rarely used.
Breast augmentation is very popular nowadays, and it's also a part of mommy makeover surgery. Before making a decision, you must understand the process and find the right surgeon for your need and expectation.
