to clarify i don't think bing would exactly be a good pet owner per se... more like the kind of guy who Loves Animals but is awfully impulsive and doesn't know enough about them so he gets a bunch of insane exotic pets he has no business having. but like he does love them. he's just stupid. he would feed the pirhanas but they might be lacking in some dietary needs and the tank would probably not be ideal. and he would be too stupid to realize that they won't actually eat people alive like in moveys. and after this happens he would genetically modify the pirhanas to be better at eating people alive
