It absolutely kills me how it took this fandom like three days to fully adopt and blorbo-ify Lukey. Man showed up as a temporary babysitter, stumbled in with being called Italian and boy failure energy, and the fandom collectively went, "Yep. He's ours now. No take-backs."

He’s been live on the server for, what, less than 12 hours total? And yet there’s already a flood of edits, fanart, headcanons — there’s angst. There’s lore. More lore than even he planned.

It's just so funny and adorable about everyone seeing this confused little disaster man get yeeted straight into chaos, murder, and war criminals and deciding, without hesitation: That’s our blorbo. We’re keeping him.

im kind of getting tired of the admins being the reason tr!lukey lives. i think it's chill either way, but if he survives i would like it to be on his own merit. if bbh and lukey have agreed that he's not going to die during this arc then he doesn't need to be saved by newt or by a ticket to the null whispering to him, yk? a huge part of his story has been autonomy and self-reliance, especially recently, and i feel like it would be cathartic for him to escape one of the strongest players on his own right WITHOUT needing to be saved or "given a way out"

when Lukey joined, he was Nobody: he was Something, and that was scary. Now that he is Known: he is Somebody, and that is comforting. Here are the facts as we know it, listed in order of importance: -Lukey is Pangi's -Lukey is a hamster -Lukey is green -Lukey is a victim

Here are the facts most do not know, as back when he was Nobody, these would have made him a target (and still do): -Lukey has lived since before the corruption -Lukey didn't just make the cure, he created it, IN SPITE of the Keepers -Lukey was tortured. For the time it takes a kingdom to not only fall, but to be wiped from existence. -Before all of this, his life burnt down. Then it did again, but his closest friend was holding the match.

Does he know that when he joined green, he helped them heal? That the fact he stayed was easily enough for everything to be worth it? Does he know that this realm is easily, fundementally, irrevocably better because he escaped nowhere? That in a world full of violent cycles, the fact he woke up with joy and not spite made such a huge difference.

do you guys ever think about how tr!lukey will never be enough. i think even if he hits nirvana, at this point, the status it once had will just degrade in people's minds- oh, so just *anyone* can get nirvana these days. he's already so embedded in the "hamster" allegations, it doesn't matter how hard he grinds, how much he learns, how far he's gotten with pvp and keybinds and organizing his inventory and wearing his armor, he'll never get the majority of people to stop seeing him as a clutz. since he joined the server, the standard has been higher, what flies for other people just won't slide with lukey television, the boy from nowhere. he's always had to fight for respect that other people inherently got, and even though he's strong now, he can brew the best potions now, he won't die in one hit now, he's surpassed pangi in levels now, all it takes is one mistake- a tiny mistake, a natural mistake, and it all comes crashing down. "you're such a hamster, lukey" "lukey, someday you'll be of value to others"

Ough headcanons... I have so many... ik I'm a full time investor but. Pangi is obviously part pangolin, but he's ALSO part wolf. I feel like everyone likes pangi having sharp teeth but like. pangolins don't even have teeth. so. plus now he can growl n shit and be a predator. idk its very amusing when pangi's portrayed as both a pangolin and a scary hunter. beautiful contradiction

aight *cracks knuckles* time for Lukey Television. the pangopups are stuffed animals hes ripping to pieces. something in him yearns for violence but it's usually outweighed by the prey fear in his mind. he pushes buttons not just for fun but also to get a sense of boundaries. what are the unspoken rules? what will get him hurt and what won't? and finally, lukey is SO touch starved. he's terrified of it (name one time he's had a positive physical interaction. we got... Bad hugging him (now with added paranoia) and MAYBE aimsey when they got cured. compare that to every violent thing ever... yeagh) and yet he sinks into the warmth anyways. he keeps egging pangi on when he gets violent– one of the few times he has physical contact he has full control over.

okay I love love love the discussion of cure morality. But. For non-Lukey viewers, you may not know this:

Lukey has said he intends to cure Pili, no matter what he says. To others, he presents it as if he’ll give Pili a choice. This is because Lukey knows that others are concerned about it. but Lukey himself? He spent his life working for and hurting for this cure. He’s going to cure people, no matter what. And while he prefers to have their consent, it isn’t the necessity he keeps making it out to be.

tl;dr: tr!Lukey is lying (trying to get others on his side) when he says he won’t cure Pili, or that he will leave it up to others.

I think there is an interesting point to be made here that perhaps Lukey doesn't see the issue of fucking with Pangi's Lifesteal chunkban trauma cause he actively hangs in places that remind him of his own trauma

The lab might be his but having be an experiment for so long why would he want to ever set foot in a lab again even his own

lukey disregards his own trauma a lot, and never really corrects people when they make jokes at that expense (see: null boy) imagine you were trapped and tortured in a pocket dimension for lifetimes, and it’s just a nickname now

all this to say trauma on the realm has really never been taken seriously- they all joke to cope. this to say I hope this turns into a trauma contest and we finally get a full Pangi realization of the horrors. Bc bffr we never really had an actual understanding- ls!Pangi was NOT paying attention

listen to me. Yesterday, Bad gave Lukey a hug. I don’t think you understand. Lukey doesn’t get nice stuff like that. yesterday, Lukey lost Pangi’s trust (from his POV). Yesterday, the only one who even barely comforted him was Bad. Badboyhalo, who famously prefers Pangi over Lukey.

I don’t think you understand. No matter if Bad succeeds or not, this? This threat, the lab being compromised again, this betrayal of trust?
