tips for regressing voluntarily and staying tiny <3

sometimes it can be hard to regress on purpose. here are some things to try that might help make it easier!

- try talking to someone (carer, sibby, friend, a stuffie, etc)

- set up things like snacks, drinks, toys, and any tiny items before you try slipping so that when you’re tiny they’re all right there ^^

- read a children’s book or watch a show that you like

- listen to music, tiny me likes piano/violin music or fun pop songs!

- print off some worksheets or colouring pages (if you can’t print stuff you can use apps like picsart or ibis paint to fill them out!!)

- try to be creative! there are lots of cool crafts you can try making, or fun makeup ideas

- dress the way you normally do when you’re tiny, or just super comfy and cosy clothes like pjs

- read some regression posts/tweets or headcannons! there are also many agere fanfics out there

as someone who has felt shame from regressing please remember there will never be anything to be embarrassed about. you've experienced so much & now this is your time to heal. knowing you're safe & comfortable enough to give yourself what you couldn't have or got taken away from is a feeling that could never be replaced. wether you regress to a childlike or teenage mental-space you are valid and i'm proud of you. this goes for caregivers aswell. finding content & excitement in caring for someone the way others should have done for you is just as special. happy healing , lovebugs.

givin your teenie baby snuggles and playing with their hair and telling them how cute and pretty they are while they babble and make cute lil noises in response !!

colouring with your teenie baby n telling them how good they're doing, how pretty their picture is and how amazing they are !!

reading stories to your lil baby, watching them get all sleepy but still occasionally reacting to the exciting parts, watching them drift off midway through and kissing their lil forehead goodnight and tucking them in nice and comfy !!

playing with toys with your lil baby, listening to them make up exciting storylines for their toys, helping them when they get stuck and letting your own childlike-ness come out as you play!! giggling together at the silly storylines you both come up with !! <3
