My first Russingon; Who'd have known? I’m not sure if or when I’ll draw them again, since my soul is consumed by Silvergifting, but this is a pairing I deeply enjoy. This piece was inspired by @melestasflight fic One Thousand Days—not exactly a Russingon story, but a brilliant character study of Uldor. Still, my Russingon heart couldn’t help but beat faster at the hints of their dynamic, and at Maedhros’ ever-present weakness being… well, you know.

And no worries, I'm glad someone asked him since after starting rereading Silmarillion again I felt like I need to start with him :D He's such a silly little guy I very much enjoy him, unfortunately he stopped listening to his wife (a classic Tolkien moral lesson if I've ever seen one).

So here's my design for Fëanor, ready for some brotherly murder. As with other noldor I've done he's mostly Achaemenid Empire inspired. This is specifically what I imagine he would wear in Valinor, since during the Years of the Trees they did not have winter.

my whole life might be a lie and a huge mistake, and i have no one to talk to about it, and the thing is, it doesn't even matter. what actually matters right now is that i need to choose and buy furniture and kitchen appliances for the flat i'm moving into, and clean my current room before i move, and do something about the fucking roaches over there, and look through the resources i'm going to use at the job, and go for a walk before it gets cold. and also it's 5 am right now
