I don't have any particular favorites, but they're amazing (when don't correctly). Unfortunately, a good movie or show adaptation can be rare.

Was Beck better than Candace?

Beck... was everything to me. No one could ever be like her.

Candace... Well, she had a lot going for her.

They both equally had some... issues, but I'd have to say Beck was better in every way possible.

BookTok feels like my experience working at and managing Mooney's. Everyone's buying some book because the author is famous or that the book is mainstream.

What ever happened to getting books you want to read?

Anyway, I can handle the normal and civilised BookTok people. At least some people have morals.

The bookstore isn't doing too badly... at the moment. Still getting some stuff done, but it should be good soon.

I'm a little rusty with my book recommendations, but I'll give it a try.

As cliche as it sounds, read Desperate Characters by Paula Fox. It's worth it.

I'm also currently re-reading Crime and Punishment. Again, very cliche, but it is a classic!

Taking care of books is expensive! I'm not sacrificing perfectly good books, especially when they have so much value.
