💭 I've been thinking. Indeed, I'm going to play, but "winning" to me is somewhere very last among other goals and meanings.

And I almost don't think about it..

Main objectives of participation:

▪️ Charity: This is an annual charity project

I participate in. The goal was reached by the joint efforts of teams in 2 days for the Tyumen branch of the Russian Children's Fund 826,450 rubles were collected 🙏

▪️ Networking: New Year's Eve meeting with friends and colleagues.

▪️Intellectual game: An interesting and educational game from which the brain gets special pleasure. The whole team has the maximum concentration at the game point (and that's a personal team responsibility).

🎁 And the victory would be a nice bonus, but not so important to spend emotions or thoughts on not taking the first places

➡️ In general, it's about meanings: Who are you? Where to? With who? And for what ?

The law on mediation has been in effect since 2011, but few entrepreneurs use this modern dispute resolution tool.

On January 20, the "Mediation for Business" project was discussed with the Commissioner for the Protection of Entrepreneurs' Rights in the Tyumen Region @lk_ nevidaylo, cooperation and free consultations for entrepreneurs on mediation were planned.

Let's combine the efforts of the Plenipotentiary Representative Service and the M2B Union to educate entrepreneurs about the institution of mediation and reduce the number of conflicts in the business community.

Creating a culture of constructive dispute resolution is the most important resource for the development of entrepreneurship in Russia.
