hey everyone! i experimented with this “method” for helping you become aware of your dr body/self. you may feel free to do this either laying down, sitting up, or whatever position you’d like! of course everyone’s journey is different but this has personally gotten me the closest to shifting to my dr.
in whatever position, imagine your dr self in that position. and really try to visualize your dr body starting from the top of the head. visualize your hair, eyes, facial features in great detail. slowly go down the rest of your body, visualizing what it looks like (either in first person or third). this helps you greatly as you become aware of your dr self, and detaching from your physical body well as cr. when you feel ready, wiggle or move some part of your dr body (ex: toes, fingers, ears. OR if you have piercings, visualize your dr self touching them) but not your physical body. and then, see the world around you slowly. visualize your room, bed, if you wanna throw in any of your 5 senses go ahead! stay in this state either until you fall asleep or shift awake.
TLDR: in any position, visualize your dr body starting from head to toe. then visualize the rest of your surroundings, add in any of the senses if you’d like. stay in this state until you fall asleep or shift awake.
