I like to imagine that even though he never gets very tall, Sal actually does get somewhat stronger as he gets older. 

It’s kind of a subtle thing, and there’s never any visible physical changes, so he goes through senior year without ever really noticing.

He finally discovers this one day when he and Larry are jokingly messing around and Larry blocks the door as he tries to get past him. Sal tries to lift him and move him out of the way- much the way Larry sometimes does to him, much the way Sal himself has been trying and failing to do in retaliation every time they roughhouse to the point where it’s really just become overly exaggerated physical comedy-

except this time

IT WORKS.

It’s not by much.

Larry’s feet are just slightly off the ground

Sal’s leaning backwards a little trying to support him properly 

but it works.

They’re both just frozen for a minute, trying to process what’s happening, and then Sal half sets down, half drops Larry back onto the ground,

stares at him in stunned silence,

and then gets this GLINT in his eye that Larry knows damn well means he’s grinning like goddamn supervillain behind that prosthetic, 

and DOES IT AGAIN.

And for the next three days, Larry has absolutely no peace. 

Sal keeps picking him up constantly, like he’s taking revenge for every single time Larry’s done it to him in the past four years. He’ll just appear out of nowhere. He’s like Batman, except five foot two and entirely ridiculous, swooping in to forcibly carry innocent metalheads ten feet away, cackling all the while.

Ash thinks it’s hysterical and is absolutely no help at all.

Redraw of the Human!Todoroki x Mer!Midoriya picture I drew 6 months ago

So now you are probably wondering…  Why the heck does Todoroki look fine? He should be DROWNING

Well, to answer that! In this scene Midoriya had kissed Todoroki prior and apparently a kiss from a Mer gives people the ability to breathe underwater for a certain amount of time! 

I honestly don’t plan on making this like a permanent Au but I do want to draw Ibuki in this universe as well so… think of this as a time before Ibuki was born lol

Because in my head I want to have all mer(s) be able to have the ability to give life (since I want Ibuki too dammit). DON’T ASK HOW IT’S GONNA HAPPEN IT DOESN’T MATTER LOLOL IT JUST WILL OK. LIKE DISNEY. IT’S MAGIC. POOF THERE HE IS!! hahaha…
