Update:
So! I've given up on pollogen. Mostly because: 1) I felt a tad lied too. But everyone makes mistakes. 2) I was in school and that shit ain't easy. 3) I had finals and food was all toooo good to be true. 4) I need to lose more weight before I start seeing the results I want. So I'm gonna go back to the military diet. Some are now even calling it the Victoria secret diet. Anyways. I'm gonna get into a work out routine and do the best I can do. For the next 4 months: -no booze -one sugary thing a week. - military diet every week. -on my off days I do a chilli lemon cleanse. -work out twice a day.

Appointment 4 & 5
Hey guys! So I'm really bummed out. I had gone for my 4th and 5th appointment... but the lady had measured me wrong last time. So I was at 54.5inches when I started. Now I'm at 50.5 inches. Which instead of the 6 inches I had lost last week. Was only a 0.5inch. Which isnt bad... but my hopes got kinda crushed. So I'm at the gym going to do ab work outs. I hate other people seeing me. It drives me up the wall because I don't want them to see my weight. Stay strong guys.

Im absolutely tired today. Just friggin exhausted. I took a 4 hour nap after my morning classes today. Im still feeling burnt out. 
My plans for tonight are some gym time to myself. Aswell as finishing up some stressful homework. 
Dont procrastinate. You’ll end up hating yourself more than before!

Today at topshop
I'm so fed up with the crap from topshop. Today I went to shop for a few cute things and a year ago I would usually find myself buying topshop clothes. Anyways. So I grab the large in a shirt I realllllllly liked and headed to the change room. The thing didn't fit. It felt like trying to squeeze into a small. The lady fucking pointed me in the direction of plus size. I nearly cried. Well jokes on them I found Calvin Kline clothes on sale for 70% off. Guess who has a better quality clothes now. This gal. #win. Also. I felt like shit because I never used to wear plus sizes. But hey. That's life. I'm still working hard to be a skinny babe.

It’s been 3 long years on my fitness journey. This journey has many different stages physically and mentally, but one things for sure you’ll look back at your before picture, and tell your body “I love you and thanks for coming this long way.” It’s not easy, but by sharing this I hope to inspire someone to not give up. My mother hates when I use this photo for comparison because she knows how criticizing people can be but leave that for the girl in 2013 to care what people thought/think. I’ve worked hard to become the person I am now, and I share this to inspire/motivate others that it is possible and the body is fascinating with what it can transform to. Let's face the facts. Dieting sucks.
I'm no beauty guru. I'm not some legendary dietician who's gonna change your life. Nope. I'm a school student who eats garbage foods and really regrets it. I love school. But I hate how one can sit at a desk and study their hearts out. But then.... the food cravings hit. So I'm finding it hard to diet. There is no 'that was easy' button. No free pass. No free ride. It's hard and it sucks. But in the end you get to look better and be healthier. That's what we all want. I have to keep strong and keep reminding myself that I'm doing this for me, and my future. So my tips to you: -prepare meals ahead of time. -if you find that you do not have the willpower to stay away from fast foods. Lock up your credit card and forget about it until you really need to use it. -stay true to yourself -prepare water bottles for yourself -ensure you're getting enough sleep -make time to go to the gym: If you're like me, the gym is practically boring without music. So to ensure you get the most out of your gym time. Ensure you pack head phones and a workout list you want to get through. Doing this will help motivate you to do more. Also I'm not sure if anyone else has had this happen to them? But sometimes when I'm going for a jog. If I don't have my headphones it feels like 20x more work and I'm not enjoying it. Working out doesn't have to be the thing you resent doing because it's not fun. Make it fun. Don't over work yourself to the point where you're too sore or too much in pain. If you do that you'll hate going to the gym because psychologically you'll associate it with pain. As humans we don't thrive on pain. Do you ! Stay true!

Super late night post
So I got scared yesterday night. I started drinking water like crazy. I was going to the bathroom every 3 hours. I thought I was ill. I went today to the hospital to get checked out. Not pregnant. Not diabetic. Just removing a lot of fat from my system. The doctor I was with today ensured that if I was doing a hot treatment for weight loss. (Tri-pollar). That this is to be expected. So another new fact I found :)

My diet failed me. But pollogen did not!!!
So this past week has been crazy busy with school and life in general. I'm finding that right after my treatment sessions I'm super thirsty and hungry. I waited a few hours after the treatment today to eat. Because I didn't have the time today to go to the gym. Sadly. I had a midterm. Yes it went fine. :) Schools going great so far. I have a 3.9GPA! Woohoo! But the best of the best that has happened to me today was getting my measurements taken. Andrea the gal who's doing the tri-pollar treatments for me said I lost 2 inches!! Absolutely incredible!!! I nearly cried I was so happy. I was also in shock. Because I binged like a starving dog last weekend. Aside from that now, I truly believe the 2 inches is a sign to start doing better more by myself. I'm going to start doing that. I've set up my diet to go and start Monday. For now I'm watching calories, working out. Getting enough sleep. Since I'm taking a side course of psychology. I found out that in the past, let's say the 1980s. Sleep amounts where a lot. People got around 8-9 hours of sleep. Which lead to an overall healthy body weight. Also sleep when you take say a 6 hour nap- you lose about 110 calories. Which is great!!! Take naps people! But the shocker is finding is the fact that the average sleep amount is 4-5 hours. Which is horrible to ones health. Definitely make time to sleep. So disclaimer! It is abnormal to lose 2 inches, but it is not impossible. It was surprising because I'm only on treatment 3! I'm very proud and so happy that this is working. I can see it for myself and I'm so excited to show you all my collage video I will get at the end of my tripollar adventure ❤️

Why my diet hasn't worked so amazing this week
I'm under a lot of stress. I mean a lot. I'm between freaking out about my friendships and hoping my Roomie doesn't end up resenting me. As well as juggle a chemistry midterm next week. So studying and living a life that seems to have me in the dumps right now. I've decided my diet is best suited for Saturday to Monday.

Dieting isn't easy/ appointment 2
So yesterday I had started the military diet. It was good and all. Until I kept seeing food ads about Dairy Queen and etc… well I stayed tough and went through appointment #2. This time I had Andrea :)! Which was amazing. We talked about what part was the real target. On my body I have an area of fat where it hangs. Also. It is the toughest spot to loose weight in. I have done everything. I can’t get this flabby flab to go away. I loose weight every where else. Just the abdomen is the worst. Anyways so we started and it was pretty relaxing. You should know that when doing this process if not enough gel is applied it can tend to pinch. But it’s great otherwise. She was so nice and totally helped me out. Placing more gel on and making sure that I could handle the heat. We more specifically focused on the sagging fat. I’m sure within more time we will see a huge improvement. My partner currently believes that there already is a big one. But you’re your own worst critic. So I have big dreams that I’m gonna wake up one day and it’s all gone. Sadly I know that won’t happen and I’m still pretty happy with the results. I heard from a friend who is going 2 times a week that the results are showing more and more. I’m tempted to call and get their opinion on doing twice a week. So after that appointment. I went to the gym. Did a 45 minute workout. Mostly because I’m tired and just want to go lay down and enjoy my evening. So my diet turned into a bust. I was doing so good?! How could this happen?! It was the fact of a lack of sleep. And my gym partner not helping me to have the will power. I learned that if I want a sexy body and I want to be healthy. I should no hurt my diet. So fast forward to today ! I started my diet over again. Yay! I’m going to make sure I finish my homework early tonight so I can go for a quick 30 minute work out. And ensure that I’m not going to sneak my way to Dairy Queen. 😅🍟
