I made this version cuz why not-

instead of being born from his corruption and magic tears(??), it’s during a moment of thought, along with some tears ofc. She’s born some time before his venture to beast yeast in this version (no this doesn’t mean if she was born beforehand he wouldn’t have gotten corrupted- this is mostly so it makes sense abit more lol-)

instead of keeping the child hidden away, he allows her to come with him sometimes, though doesn’t bring her during the beast yeast saga for obvious reasons. He sent letters to her about it, along with warning her about shadow milk (vaguely as to not scare her). She made the lantern this time with her dad and for magical reasons has abit of truth power type stuff in it and some form of magic orchid learned.

I kinda imagined a story thing where she ends up getting teleported to the spire somehow, for whatever reason SM upon finding out of her presence ‘tricks’ her into looking for her dad (though depending on what’s revealed in episode 8 may reveal some truth), and later meets fortune teller cookie/ ruthless recluse. Ofc he in his fortune teller fit so she doesn’t realize it’s her dad from the future ig(??) but she assumes it’s him due to his voice and some parts of his appearance. Corrupted PV denies this mostly so she doesn’t get scarred from the fact her father had supposedly gotten corrupted. He has a goal of getting her out of the spire cuz despite his current crisis he still care about his lil starlight. However, a stubborn as her papa, she wanted to go look for her dad, even if she’s suspects him as her papa.

I also have another oc who I named Soul Syrup and will reveal the lore of later on, but long story short Orchid reminds SM of SS (who he and the other beasts saw as a daughter, student, lil sister, etc??), tried manipulating her or just- adopt her- either way, man tries pulling a similar stunt of manipulation, like saying that the only reason her father cared about her was because of his influence or that she was technically his kid and creation due to the fact the power from the soul jam in his eyes belongs to him and thus indirect creation ig???

either way Corrupted PV ain’t taking kindly to his attempts and is getting close to just trying to kill him-
