Frenkie: (to Matthijs) “Well pronounced btw.”

Frenkie: “Of course we just knew him. I’ve seen him around for 3 days now, but first impression is good. A good footballer, calm with the ball, I always like that type of player. We get on pretty quick. He thinks tactically, so I think he’s a real asset for us.”

Matthijs: “I think so as well, he makes a good impression and we can have high expectations.”

Matthijs: “I was in America 2 years ago and it was also very cool and there were just nice things, because of that it’s my #1.”

Frenkie: Something about the mole being in the Ajax team.

Matthijs: “In the app I filled in Ron Boszhard.”

In the end they both decided on Bella.

Frenkie: “I must say that I’m very satisfied with my life so I wouldn’t swap with anyone. But if I must then I think Messi, I’m curious to see what it’s like to be as good as him.”

“I’ve actually played in midfield only, there was a while when I just came to Willem II, we played the setup 3-3 so 3 in front and 3 in the back and then I was left out”
