The crew of the Starship Iris, dressed in their Pride identities because I got VERY EXCITED when it was revealed in a Patreon story that my beloved badass Arkady was grey-ace LIKE ME. (I sort of assumed pan for Brian (with a trans belt), given Krejjh, and since I don’t actually know Sana’s I just dressed her in the colors of LOVE because SHE IS VERY GOOD AT LOVING PEOPLE.) Violet is still mostly in her boring Science Officer uniform but I put a little nod to the bi flag as bracelets :D

(Apologies to Krejjh if they wouldn’t actually choose the nonbinary flag, but I couldn’t leave them out)

I wanted my inaugural post on my new fanart blog to be in honor of In Other Lands, which is dear to my heart. I am so proud and excited that this beloved book is nominated for the not-a-Hugo YA awarded at the Hugos, and I do just adore it. 

So have Serene, with her boys at her side. You will note that Serene is armed with her bow, Luke is armed with his sword, and Elliot is armed with a Sharpie. 

Congratulations, Ms. Rees Brennan! I’m so happy your delightful work is recieving recognition.
